RBL Bank — credit card not dispatched after approval

I am ratnesh trivedi and application number is #ccnhdd7877. Everything is done got the message from rbl bank that card request has approved. Got the call from rbl bank two times they provide me useless offers with card so i denied for the same. Now lots of days passed and i didn't receive the details of dispatch. Rbl bank provide me fraud offers but i m not interested at all. If my card approved then why rbl bank not dispatched it yet. I am ready to pay annual fees of card. And rbl provide me wrong offers so i denied. Dispatch my card asap.
