RBL Bank — credit card... payment overdue charges and settlement

I am the holder of your credit card from 2 yrs. And also having a good record of payment in past. Because of my health issues i am unable to continue my job. So i facing difficulties to do the payment o[censored]r card. Ur executive were coming one another day to ask for money and no of calls i am receiving from your bank.
But now i am not in the situation to clear your amount cause i am out of money. I borrowed some amount of money for my survival. I will be your greatfull if you convert the appropriate amount into emi after the deduction o[censored]nnecessary charges levied on my card.
