RBL Bank — Credit card refund | |||
I tried to recharge Airtel Prepaid number for Rs.1498/- on 18-Oct-2020 using rewards points. Since rewards points were not sufficient, I paid the balance amount using my credit card. However, rewards points were not deducted, but only the amount from my credit card got debited. After entering the OTP page was closed automatically and I didn’t receive any confirmation for recharge or order ID. Initially I contacted your phone support team and they told within some working days we’ll process a refund. But I received this email response “After a thorough investigation of your issue [Ref. No.22610227], we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to cater to your concern. Thank you for your patience.” After that again I contacted your phone support team and the guy told to contact Airtel Customer Care as the amount has been already credited to the merchant. When I contacted the Airtel, they’re saying we didn’t receive any amount and to contact the place where I tried to recharge. This is not the first time I’m facing this issue. JUST PROCESS A REFUND.
