RBL Bank — credit card settlement due financial problems

Respected sir/madam,

I'm writing this mail regarding my credit card outstanding. My credit card ending [protected] is having total outstanding of rs.74000 however the card limit is rs.68000/-.

This is to inform that me and my family has been fallen under a very hard financial situation in recent time due to some crisis. And in addition our family numbers hospitalized so due to we are financially in zero position.

I want settlement, as i can pay around 50% of the outstanding as i'm not in the position to pay but i can pay my emi option only.

Please consider my request..

Respected Sir,
I got message Rs.12000/- as deducted in my credit card on 24.10.2018 towards rsheild bundle insurance .but i did not want that policy and refund my amount of Rs.12000/- in my credit card as early as possible.
Please consider my request and credit my amount in my credit card.
