RBL Bank — credit card settlement process | |||
Dear team, I'm existing rbl credit card user for last 1 and half years, am used to pay my monthly bill regularly on or before due date, but for last 3, 4 months i can't able to pay my bill on due date, so am charged for late fee and very high interest rate continously 3 months.. Which is not affordable by me in this situation, because i lost my job and don't have income for last 3 months. This is the reason i can't able to pay my bill correctly, so i planing to close my card through settlement. Let me know the process to initiate settlement to repay the amount in certain period. Also i'm in the position to pay only 20% of amount only, if you ok with that please let me know with the process. Ready to pay within 10 business working days.
