Dear team,
I have requested your cce on due payment calls to done once due date is crossed from 4 months still. No action everyday 2 times a call is done... When i request to transfer the call to senior they drop the call and i don't get a chance to speak to tl or manager on floor to just stop calling before due date. Today on 1st september a sunday i get a call from your outbound ppl on reminder call the agent name shiv or mailkarjun not sure it was around 3.54 pm which from tamil nadu. Wen i requested again today the call was transferred to senior executive when i asked do u ppl understand i asked you to transfer to the team leader not to you... The agent was so rude to me and said pay your payment first then i will transfer your call... I asked him again till my due date is not completed ut not supposed to call he said u can't make the payment then we will call later wen i was ask he disconnected the call. Worse service a rbl bank provides and unprofessional behaviour thru out the whole experience

    Dear sir,

    Mention card number [protected] on ankit h raval. This credit card swapping by rbl recovery agent his name dhruv patel his coming from laxmi enterprise.

    Before few month mr. Dhruv patel came to my house for take card for emi convert also he confirm with cc manager for emi convert. But mr. Dhruv without inform me he deposit some amount and swapping whole amount. Also he take 4000 rs/- cash from my home that time i m travelling to karnataka for company work. He did not provide 4000 rs/- receipt. Also mr. Sanket sharma know my all problems but still not solve i do not want pay any amount to rbl bank.

    This fraud case effected on my cibil score kindly help...

        My supercard reward points are not been displayed in rbl reward portal so i am not been able to redeem it so please let me know how to redeem the points since 31st is the last date for redeemtionmy supercard is been issued recently and the fee is also been taken from me telling that it can be redeemed as voucher but the points given is also less which i wont get the voucher for that amount please look into that matter also

          I have access miracle lounge at bangkok international airport at departure area on dated 13/08/2019 to access this lounge is free of cost i have already access this lounge in april 2019 that time credit card bank didn't charged anything from me.

            Rbl bank given me personal loan of rs. 133000/- this loan is called dial cash. This loan was disbured to me last year 2018. After few months i called the bank and asked to foreclose this loan and they asked me to pay rs. 129726/- and i paid this total amount but i was not aware about the loan was not foreclosed the reason know by bank. I was getting the stpl statements with - amount. I thought bank is sending these - amount statements as the loan period is long but i was not aware and i have not received any mail or call from bank regarding the loan is not closed but they have taken the 129726/- amount and started adjusting the amount as if i paid the emi in advance whereas i called as asked the foreclosure amount and after getting the foreclosure amount j paid it to bank.
            Now this month i called and asked them why you are sending these - amount statement then they are saying that this loan is still active because due to some issue this loan was not closed and the issue til date i don't know.
            Now they are asking 25000/- to close the loan. They are saying my pending amount is rs. 95000/- a forecloser charge @3% +18% service tax.
            Why should i pay the foreclose charge now when i have already paid the full amount with the foreclosure amount in 2018.
            This is my compliant.

              Megha from RBL Customer Care called me and used abusive language. I am a platinum choice supercard customer of RBL. My brother is unable to pay his card amount and due to which she is misbehaving with me. The bank didn't issue the card after taking approval from me. So, how anyone from bank can call me and talk rubbish. It can't be accepted at any way. The bank can only call up the main person or to the one who has taken the guarantee. They just can't call their sister, mother (in case of independent), father, or anybody as per their wish.

                I paid 20000 my RBL credit card bill through phonepe on saturday 24.08.2019 around 6.12 pm. The transaction status is successful. But in RBL my card showing any transaction didn't get and not credited in my rbl account. Although the amount got debited from my SBI account. So please take immediate action and debited amount should be credited to my rbl account.

First time my card reached my area hub by bluedart courier and i'm talk with courier delivery boy on call but he never deliver to my address and same your team rearranged to sent me by same courier.

                  But till date i'm not received card.

                  So please resolve this issue as early as possible.

                    I'm existing rbl credit card user for last 1 and half years, am used to pay my monthly bill regularly on or before due date, but for last 3, 4 months i can't able to pay my bill on due date, so am charged for late fee and very high interest rate continously 3 months.. Which is not affordable by me in this situation, because i lost my job and don't have income for last 3 months.

Yesterday i got my credit statement stating that r shield insurance premium rs.1000/- how come if a customer is not interested in particular thing how you people activate without their knowledge..                         I hold a rbl credit card and was doing the minimum payment monthly basis without any skip. Last month i skipped a payment due to financial crisis and opted for debt management plan through single debt and advocate and even myself has send the communication to grievance department of rbl bank on 29th july 2019. I have not received any reply on the mail. The same was communicated to recovery agent but he was not at all ready to accept and harassed to such a extend that he forcefully took away the money. If this is the case then what is the use of debt management plan where even bank is not ready to help.

                          This is with the case no 10865864. After having conversation with rbl credit card customer executive mr. Abhishekh in between 12 pm to 1pm on 22 aug 2019

                          Please find the below screenshots

                          Case 1.

                          Over limit fee rs.600 and and late fee - rs 1000 generated incorrectly.

                          Minimum due according to recent mail on 6 aug is 4127.45

                          Amount paid by me is - rs 5000 on 8th aug

                          Due date is 10 aug.

                          Again amount paid is - rs.34745 on 14 th aug

                          Also find attached

                          My bank statement which is showing that i have paid rs 1358.87 for 10may bt it is not shown in may statement kindly go through it and resolve my issues.

                          So need all purchase amount and above said 1358.87. Should get subtracted and regenerate the bill.

                          After resolving this issue i want to close my rbl credit card for ever.

                          Total amount refund should be

                          For 10 may 2018 transaction -1358.87 + 600=1958.87

                          For 20 aug 2019 transaction - 1000+600 = 1600

                          Total amount refundable from rbl is =3558.87

                          As on bill generated on 20 aug is total amount due is - 3141.50

                          Is incorrect.

                          Correct bill - rs.1541.50

                          Ultimate refundable amount from rbl to me is - rs. 3558.87- 1541.50 =2017.37.

                          I hope this query will get resolve. Or else give me physical assistance to resolve my issue as off other banks like hdfc icici and etc banks do for incorrect bill generated.

                            I have purchased a health insurance from rbl bank with my credit card 2 months back i have still not received the card as per my telecommunication. The executive told me that i will receive the card in 8days now its over 2 months i havent received the card. I got call from your delivery service (Maruti service) that i need to collect the card from there office as i have told him its not possible for me to come i requested his to send the card to my home address and its over a month 5 days ago i got another call from them they said i will get the card in 2days. So i request you to please cancel my insurance police and refund me my amount. I will not accept the card if now i receive it. Worst service experience from your side guys. (Or your partner). I have other options for insurance i will take from them please cancel my police and refund my amount asap.

                              Respected SIr/Madam,
                              With Subjected to the above mentioned PL[protected],
                              As there was delay in salary credit, the loan repayment was delay and the ECS was returned in the month of Jun'19 and Jul19 and the same later was repaid.
                              Thru this mail, I would like to bring your kind notice that, without any information, on the re submission of ECS beyond the EMI date, the ECS was tried continuously without any intimation to keep the fund sufficient and about re submission of the same.
                              The details of the bank statement also attached for your kind reference.
                              Though parallel your executives used to call me and get the confirmation date to make the payment online and was never mentioned from your executive that, the ECS is again being sent to the concerned bank for the debit.
                              Through this, it is clearly understood that, RBL is taking the advantage of ECS mandate confirmation given by their customers.
                              If I don't get any satisfied answer from you, I will be forced inform Banking Ombudsman.

                                My rbl credit card number [2482] had an outstanding with total amount 82907.01 with the minimum due of 4799 required to be paid by 03/08/2019. I paid the amount 4800 on 26/08/2019 and then i had conversation with the cs team, (I have everything in written) i requested for a waiver or discount on fin. Charge. They denied the request and didnt waive any charges.

                                Then i asked to confirm the amount, i need to pay to clear all outstanding dues. The bank official confirmed that i need to pay 78, 107.01 inr on 10/08/2019, i paid 78, 108 inr on 13/08/2019 which is a day before the bill generation date (Even though there were bank holidays 2 days before that).

                                I am not willing to pay this extra charges after the agent's confirmation. I will not hesitate to sue if i don't get resolution. I don't want services from rbl, i want noc/ ndc after this matter is sorted.

                                  I have credit card of rbl bank, the issue is that i got a call from rbl employe regarding r-shield bundle insurance they had explain ful details benefits of the insurance, but i am not intrested i said to them but forcely they try to convert me and insurance on me of rupees 15000 pls cancel that r - sheild insurance or,
                                  I don't want this rbl credit card and any services frm rbl bank.

                                    I hold a rbl card due to some personal issues i was unable to pay my dues. A guy called raviteja collection manager from hyd abused my family members. I they are not even relevant. He used such a filthy language with my family members which i didn't expect. Rbl hired goons for collections who harrass customers stop it before someone commits suicide. He is so abusive and provoking by nature. He intimidates and coerces people to humiliate them. I have other banks credit card too but no one has created this sort of disturbance in my life and family

                                      On 17th August, I had swiped my Rbl credit card no: [protected] an amount offs 3350. at Kumarans Jewellery. Two time amount had debited from my account, One transaction was failed.Still my amount not credited back to my account. Pls help & do the needful.
