RBL Bank — Credit card upgradation

This is Keshava m my phone number is [protected] my registered mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com I had requested not to upgrade my card but you people upgraded and charged the joining fees to my card now it is showing minimum due more please cancel my super saver world card and minimise my minimum due as early as possible otherwise i dont pay minimum due before due date until then i dont pay any amout i have all records of email sent to you and recorded call talking with customer center executive
