RBL Bank — Credit Card Wrong Name

I have recieved a credit card with the wrong name as application was done with the different name.
I have done a application with new updated address proff id proff than also bank has issued the card with the old name, which is not acceptable.

I need a compansation for wasting our time and harrassing the middle class people like us.
