RBL Bank — decline pre approval card and after 6 month show already apply cibil

Updated by virender25 Dear sir i have apply rbl credit card jan month 2017 and my pre approve credit card application ref no #ccv8npd902 all verification done but after 15 day decline But card approval done card approve all phone and physical verification done after all subject 15 days results decline We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection i again checked it shows as follows "application reference number #ccv8npd902, status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank.
