RBL Bank — deduction

Without my concern, 720 rs on the name of insurance debited from my card, and also its divided into emi also, please close this insurance i do not need this and credit this amount in next bill. As per talk with customer care i have paid my last bill except this insurance amount. But till now after 10 days its did not credited in my account as per your customer care told me this.
