I applied at rbl credit card, at the start of joining rbl credit card executive said i will get limit of 1 to 5 l thats ok and the annual charge of credit card is 2000 rupees and on your first transaction you will get points which is in rupees around rupee 2000, and you can redeem it and also can pay your annual fee too with the same and if you pay 49 rupees so you will get insurance of 5 lac on card thief or transaction, that all is fine...

But when i received the rbl card in the month of november 2018, and i start using rbl card for a month and on the first bill payment i receive message on mobile only, they have entered mine wrong email id, and i call them for atleast 6 to 7 times in a month to currect my email but they did not change, they promise (Sir the email has been updated it will take 24 hrs.)

When i see the details in the rbl credit card mobile app bill is something else i have not used that much of amount and when i asked to customer care for statement they said they have maied it on my email id (Which is not updated yet), that person explained me all the transaction and at the end he said you have to pay the 2000 rupee for annual charges and 51 x 12 =612 with tax 722 rupee extra, then i asked for that redeemable point which is payable for annual fee then he said you will get that point by end of the year for sure but for now you have to pay this charges and i request him to cancel my card insuarance too i dont want to pay 722 for insuarance he accept the request the placed to cancel but they did not cancel that too.

I fed up with this service i called again and request to close my card service, i dont want to pay the 2000 rupees as a annual because i will not get the reedemable point at present and due to his service and fake promise of card insuarance and the worst customer care service i did not get the statement too for my card.

I request to customer care to close the card service
They sai pay the rest amount which you have used and after we receive the payment (In 2 days) call us again and we will close it.

I pay the money which i have used.
And after 2 days when i called they said sir it will take 2 more days to close the service,

Meanwhile i used this card for a movie ticket by mistake.
Then on the next morning (6th jan 2019) i call him again and asked for the payment and the closure of cad service, they said again pay the x amount which you used and we will close the service this time for sure.

They promise - from retention team you will receive a call and then the card will close.
And now its been 2 months i did not receive any call from rbl bank to close the card service. They call me only for the payment which i have not used (That 2000 and card insuarance fee).

Daily in the evening i receive a msg as i mention below.

(We regret to note your decision to disccontinue your rbl bank credit card ending 6910 with us. This is to inform you that we have been unable to establish a contact with you on the registered number with us, we attemt to call you again from [protected] or [protected] to address your concern on xxx date between 9:00am - 6:00 pm for any assistance call us on [protected])

I have mailed him also but no proper response i am afraid only if its get affected on my credit score.

If i call you they will say we could not connect you to retention team because that is another department they will call you but the truth is they did not call me for single time too.

I have uninstalled the truecaller app and unblock all the spam number from my mobile.

Now i am receiving the spam calls of credit card, insurance and loans etc.. But not that call which close this card.

Rbl bank mentally harassed me i am disturbed now they started blank calls
[protected] and [protected] and lot more different number when you pick the call they will cut it after 5 sec. And when you call back its not connect.

Everyday they harassed me and wanted that i will pay the money which i have not used
Please help me and rescue me with this rbl bank scam.

      Rbl is the worst bank in india, i have the icon credit card of rbl and they are not providing proper customer service since last 1 year. They deducted cancellation charges in case of flight ticket reschedule and didnt provided any resolution after 100 followups.

      Now my credit card has been charged internationally in swiss franc automatically and they are not doing anything.

      Also they told me that you will receive a new card in 4-5 days and now its more than a month.

      I would never recommend rbl to anyone.

        I have been booked irctc train ticket via paytm platform through debit card bt for some of the reason the booking was failed to book so my amount was deducted but later on the paytm message came that your amount has been refund to your bank account so please coordinate with your bank bt i have not received my refund yet.

          After repeated call from your representative i took your free super credit card. You charged rs 3000 for membership fees immediately, then rs 1000 for r shield premium, rs 1000 for split and play and rs 1000 approx for finance charges without my permission. I called your customer care, she said there is some mistake in split and pay and it will be reimbursed back. Also she will try to reverse r shield premium. I am ready to pay the amount which i have used, other than that i am not going to pay anything.

          I have recorded phone call of your bank representative. Now your collection team is calling continuously for payment. After telling them numerous time that the bill amount is wrong and same has been registered to customer care, they are still asking for payment. This bank is worst and is trying to loot money from customers.
          rbl bank your people calling so many time for cridet card payment I told so many time for statement for transaction u people are not sending mail and I payid one time 2100 and u people telling not payid so I don't need your cridet card and iam not pay I parchage only 5000 and u people are telling 8000 ipay only 3000

          I have applied a rbl bank credit card in December first week and not receive a card yet. I have requested them to cancel my card multiple times like 10 times. They have the worst service and not responding to the mails even the nodal officer did not gave a satisfactory reply.
          @s_aba You should feel lucky you didnt get the card. Don't take the card no matter what. They are big loot and will put hidden charges without your permission

            Hi this suresh and i am using the credit card for more than 1 and year i was due for non payment for 1 month only and i said i am going to make it on monday but he started using filthy language and shouted saying are you eating food or grass. To which i said mind your words and said i am going to make the payment only on monday. He said if his words are good are you going to marry him something like that which is not at all acceptable. Will you take the necessary action or should i give a official police aomplaint according to the parties.

              I need my reward points to redeem for voucher. So have went to the link to redeem it for voucher. The reward points got reduced and received a msg as voucher has been delievered but the voucher has not been received. Want to know whats the status is and either want to receive my voucher or my reward points back. Kindly, take the necessary steps.

                Rbl team. I am government employee. Month of dec, 18 your executive come to my office. Offer to me free rbl bank credit card. I am allowed. After two week card come to my home & till time no shopping / no card use.
                But bank site every day 10 -20 phone call come to my phone. Your card payment pending. Bank add membership amount. With out information for me. Your executive is a lie. I am no apply membership.

                  I am m. Rajender card number [protected] from rbl bank at the time issue first yearly fee was approx rs 4000/- this is free but bank was added my bill i call c. Care informed no response they said at least you purchase rs 40000/- you will get free, i have purchase but not refund money that points also not given then after my personal problems purchased rs 1.0 lakh and paid gradually and balance closed and ccare called to close my card 2 to 3 times one c care executive said write letter to card complaint department at chennai then i wrote a letter but no response till today i am getting calls from rbl bank collecting dept you the balance you have to pay actually my card cut into 4 pieces at the time of letter written i informed also c care but no response, hence please kindly close the bill rs 5736/- along with card actually my mobile rbl bank app closed on 01 apr 2018

                    In the past two months, i am facing worst experience with rbl credit card billing section. Dec month bill has been generated on[protected]. Total amount due; rs.62537.51 and minimum amount due:3512.12.in bill details, they have mentioned finance charges rs 2252.89. I do not know on what basis they have added finance charges and moreover, i have made a minimum payment of 4500 on 10th of jan which is before the due date to avoid the unnecessary charges. But still, the bank is imposing extra charges. When i had mail conversation with the bank, they claim that they levied correct charges and it cant be reversible.

                      Please find below the innovative practice invented by rbl bank to defraud customers to make them pay spurious and obscene amount of charges for no fault of theirs by misreporting the amount due!

                      Seems like abhishek with reference no. 06147315, refused to reverse the charges without reading this whole thread with my evidences.

                      Apart from the above, you should also consider compensation for the mental agony of this whole episode wherein, I was forced to call and communicate with you at 1AM at night!

                      So, basically, what RBL's modus operandi is as summarized below:

                      1. Create buggy website to lock of[censored]sers from accessing their full statements.
                      2. The point above ensures the poor customer has to rely on their telephonic IVR system
                      3. Here is the catch... This IVR system under reports your amount due!
                      4. You pay the lesser amount pointed by IVR, and thus, get trapped with exorbitant fees, charges and GST on top of it all!
                      5. You spend sleepless night speaking with their customer care who assures someone will call you back.
                      6. No one calls
                      7. You receive a brusque email saying they cannot reverse the charges (which they devised!)... Even without reading your full email and evidences
                      8. Optional - You curse your karma for being their customer. You remember how you were enticed with free food and offer redacted within couple of months of getting the card!

                      Anyways, hope people find this long post useful and avoid falling prey to this new and innovative way of getting into a debt trap!

                        Without my concern, 720 rs on the name of insurance debited from my card, and also its divided into emi also, please close this insurance i do not need this and credit this amount in next bill. As per talk with customer care i have paid my last bill except this insurance amount. But till now after 10 days its did not credited in my account as per your customer care told me this....

                        I didn't even filled/applied for rbl card but, i they have called you and offered me a card with multiple offers but, there are no offer's or use.

                        I called many times for closure of my card but they didn't closed and charged me with more charges.

                        This bank is actually doing fraud and not closing my credit card after many requests. Just found that this is happening to may people, all the times they say only "we had a technical glitch" which is a strong lie... They are liars. Their customer care executives are trained to postpone credit card closure request to forever.

                        My request please do not take any credit card from this rbl bank.
                        Once you take even i[censored] don't use it you have to pay annual charges and they will not close your credit card account.

                        I have decided i ill never ever take any services from rbl its dangerous have any relation with these kind of cheap minded banks.

                        Requesting you to please look into do help me.

                          I have also cheated by RBL bank, I have clearly told customer executive that I don't want card protection plan but still they activated. Now new scheme bill showing R shield insurance.. which I don't want.. it's a big fraud happening in banking sector by RBL bank.. Please resolve my issue immediately otherwise I will see you in consumer forum very soon..

                            I have tried to submit credit card closer request via email to RBL bank service desk, But RBL credit card department is neither listening nor replying to my email for request of credit card closer. I have tried to call there customer care but they never connected me to their executive because there are NO options to connect their customer care executive, there is only recorded voice hearing or something busy callertune awaiting.

                              This is with respect to the above subject, i have taken a business loan from ratnakar bank ltd on... Because of my financial condition, i was unable to pay last emi of my loan. On behalf of this they have called me so many times. Even though, i was available over the phone and personally also, they started calling my customers, colleagues, friends & family members insisting them to make the payment. Even though, i have complained about this to one of their managers (He quoted over the phone) mr. Moin, and sent all the call recordings also, but of no use. He also suggested me to clear the outstanding to stop these humiliation.

                              It's been a continuous humiliation faced by rbl bank agents in different forms. They are calling the people who are directly or indirectly connected with me and creating a nu sense to them randomly. And also calling me from different numbers and using abusive words over the phone.

                                Fake call coming from this number of[protected],[protected]stating that they are from rbl bank and verifying my pan card number. But i have no relation to rbl bank in any type. Rbl bank fraud calls were coming to my number ([protected]) from a very long time but that time they only ask for loan sanction. So i have not taken any action. But this time they are very persuasive to verify my pan details

You have already debited.

                                      One your credit card customer care employee Aniruddha Gokhale mobile no.[protected], he has abused me very badly ( First call.. he abused as chutiya sala) than he started abusing on mother and sister.
