RBL Bank — Dial for Cash

I had availed a dial for cash loan from RBL bank ending with XX98 of total amount Rs 232000 which was processed on 25.03.2023. Later after consultation with the RBL executive over telephone I had paid the total amount of Rs 215118.79 towards foreclosure of the same on 20.09.2023. They had confirmed me that this included the foreclosure charges as well. Now, when I made a call to RBL bank requesting for the NOC of the closed loan, they say that I have to pay an overdue amount of Rs 3719 to close the loan. No such communication had been received, neither over the telephonic call nor in the statement received. I have paid the entire amount as it was reflecting in my statement, hence I am not liable to pay any extra amount. They need to handle this from their end itself for the sole reason of not communicating the same during the query resolution.
