Kindly ignore the previous mail.

This is to inform that dual transactions have happened while making payment through my debit card at DMart Virar, West through swipe machine of Axis Bank. I haven't received refund or reversal for the same as on the slip it was mentioned that "Transaction Failed & Sale Reversed". Please find below the details for the same: -

Updated by Vitika Nikhil Ugale Still no revert. Even the bank people don't know where exactly is the money and what is chargeback. I said about suspense account and still they need 47 days to check. They just want to earn the interest by keeping the amount with them.
