This is to divert your kind attention on the above mentioned subject. I have some outstanding which i am not able to pay. I told my problem to the bank and executive so many times.

One executive sanjay ([protected]) who is coming at my place for the past two months, calling my dad, abusing him, and threaten all females so badly. He threaten me that i have all the pan card, and would teach all the members good lesson.
Now i am making complaint in nhrc and police station against your bank. I have all the recordings.

    I have got a call from this number
    [protected] and [protected] saying senior lawyer from rbl bank.

    Asking for pay immediately your rbl credit card payment other wise you need
    To go local r nearest police station. Beacus there is orders from the court.

    They gave two option one is come nearest police station. Already complain registered from the court against me
    2nd option ineed to immediately 20k to his personal account not for rbl credit card account.
    When i went to near police station i come to know that this buggers or recovery agency not lawyer - fake lawyers

    They r simply spoiling bank reputations through there cheap tricks

    After this incident i have decided that with rbl bank i should not keep any transactions.

      Dear sir,

      I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx xxxx xxxx 8560. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 37086.55/-..
      Latst 8 months onwards i am struggling to live unable to pay the due amount and last 8 month onwards don't have mobile also. Last week some of your bank persons contact my husband regarding the payment at that time my husband say we will pay small amount in monthly basis we pay 5000 now the balance amount was 32086.55/-. Today we inform to rbl employees we don't have that much amount to pay at a time we will pay monthly wise but they didn't listen our words they r forcing to pay and my husband contact with them but they unnecessarily call to my ex-company employees.

      This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

      I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

      I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

      Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation.

        Sir,

        It is to submit that I paid the bill amount of Rs.4, 360/-(as seen in the RBL bank apk) on 02/11/2019 for the month 19/09/2019 to 18/10/2019. Later, on 20.11.2019, I got to know that the bill due for the month 19/09/2019 to 18/10/2019 is Rs.4, 627/- after seeing the statement of bill for the current month i.e. 19/10/2019 to 18/11/2019. It means I paid the previous month bill with short of exactly Rs.267/-.

        In current month bill statement, I noticed an unfair/defectible transactions i.e. 1) Deferred Finance Charges of Rs. 97.64/-, 2) Finance Charges of Rs.1, 487.59/- and 3. Goods & Services Tax of Rs.285.35. Immediately, when I called the RBL Credit Card customer care on[protected], they informed that charges levied was due to the non-payment of Rs.267/-, for which I paid only Rs.4, 360/- instead of Rs.4, 627/- and they informed that the above 3 unfair/defectible transactions are calculated on the total previous month bill and future purchases and future month bill and Goods & Service taxes on these all transactions.
        They said that the amount Rs.4, 360/- paid is minimum due, and additionally charged total amount of RS.1, 870.58/- (unfair) for the less amount of Rs.267/-.

        Hence I request the kind officials to look into this. As am using several bank credit cards since 3years but dint seen this kind o[censored]nfair/defectible transaction deductions.

        Sir,

        I posted/registered a complaint 21.11.2019 against RBL Credit Card Department. Since, more than 12 days no response from the concerned bank and not resolved it. It purely reflects their negligence towards rectifying and resolving their faults/errors and also it shows their best attention for giving better service to their customers.

            I m sukhbir Kumar. My Rbl card block without give any notifications after doing payment . He told me that this is settlement is on 30, % interested rate.and available limit is 25000/- I m not a fraud client. Please. Unblock this card and continue. As this type increseas Cybil case. I paid 90000/- in last six months - I i want to contnious my cibil scor in good condition. rbl executive give me wrong information . i m using this card last 2 yrs. i have another banks crds and loans. plz. rbl. charged me 3.8% montly interest. then he blocked my card with any notification.

                    Dear sir;
                    I was asked for an rbl credit card by an agent who was pestering me to get one so i had given some details. I was told that there would be verification by the bank and then the credit card would be issued. Before even verification had been done, i told the agents that i would not need the card. Despite my denial, i had been issued a credit card and was sent to my residence. Since i did not ask for the card, i had refused to take the card and sent it back. To my surprise, today, i got a statement to pay an amount of rs.1178.82.
                    I request you to kindly resolve this complaint for cancellation of this card on my name and reversal of the charges.

                      Last 2 months i try to contact RBL drop consumer complaints emails but still not single revert receive from RBL .

                      Fake Commitment, Wrong information provide by EMI covert, After receive SMS confirmation From RBL before 2 months still My card not converted in EMI and RBL add Addition amount in as a penalty in my CC account .

                        This is rajesh chauhan am using rbl super card ending with 3232, it been a while am complaining about multiple calls for the due reminder in a day approx 10-15 which are really irritating due to which i decided not to pay the payment on time and know how many calls you do for a single payment.

                        Today i received a call from [protected], i was on lunch she said "abe sale phone kyu nahi uthata hai, 2 kaudi ki aukat nahi aur credit card le lete hain"
                        I asked her to use professional language then she started saying "tere jaise chutiye sale mujhe sikhayenge kaise baat karte hain 43, 000 to bill to pay nahi kar sakta sala tameej sikha raha hai"

                        I got hyper a bit on these words and she said
                        "abe tere jaise 25 aate hain roz, tu neta hai kya kahi ka. Aur ek baap ki aulad hai aur izzat pyari hai to paise de ke jaa office aa ke jawahar bhawan office me"

                        Now am not going to pay anything until i am not receiving a termination letter of that lady and you are not changing your policies with the recovery department. I am using cc of axis, sbi, and hdfc and haven't seen that kind of harassment calls from them. I have been their customer since 2014 now forwarding those call recordings to rbi as well, additionally sharing those recordings to social networks like youtube, facebook, and insta so that people think before applying for rbl cc.

                          I was using RBL credit card last 3 years, I have multiple RBL cards. 1 November I got message, my credit card ending with 4203 and 1176 are blocked. But i had sent address proof documents. For one of my RBL bank credit card they accepted my document but for other one they rejected. why i am not able to understand this. Customer care also giving multiple times fake information. first they told you can request to change primary mailing address to home address, but after few days they denied and asked for HR latter. why they want HR letter. i don't know. that also I sent after next day but i did not get any response. they are repeating same sentence again and again but it is not working at all . they are not responding any mail. Last week my statement is generated but i am not able to pay that amount.

                            My name is rifhat pathan.
                            There is a deduction of 12000 rupees from my credit card. I dont need that policy. I want to cancel it. But there is no such arrangement to contact any person. The helpline number doesnt have the option to contact the customer care executive. From where should i cancel the policy. No response of email also.
                            Atleast give a proper number to talk to someone.
                            Before they said that there is no such policy included with my card. And now they are deducting the money. I dont want the policy. From where should i cancel it??

                              Hi i am shehzad qureshi one of the customer who is cheated by rbl bank...15 days before i got call from rbl insurance customer care regarding r shield insurance subscription that time i clearly told to rbl customer care person i don’t have any interest in any type of insurance subscription.. Even through they had activated.. Yesterday i got my credit statement stating that r shield insurance premium rs.1000/- how come if a customer is not interested in particular thing how you people activate without their knowledge.. Now i don’t want to pay premium.. Pls take immediate action on the above incident other wise come and take your credit card.

                                My application number is #cc79r1r9ua for the rbl credit card application. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number #cc79r1r9ua, status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank who called us for credit card and we never gone to rbl for the same. Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100. Dbod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards naresh kumar please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got declined. Hoping positive response

                                  On 12th nov 2019 they charge me 2700 in my bill when i call customer care they told me you did not pay your complete payment and they charge me the amount which i have not paid is only rs 100 and they charge me 2700 it means
                                  They charge me 27 times of remaining payment i want my money back otherwise i will go to the court against rbl bank

                                    Following commitments given by rbl bank before issuing credit card.

                                    1. First year annual fee is zero
                                    2. 2nd year on wards, annual fee is rs.2999 + taxes and it will be waived off if spent rs.1, 50, 000/- in the previous year
                                    3. No cost emi conversion facility
                                    4. 1+1 book my show movie ticket upto rs.200/-
                                    5. Cash withdraw facility with no cost
                                    6. 12, 000 reward points after spending rs.2000/-
                                    7. Credit card due date is after 10th of the month (My salary will credited after 10th only)

                                    But
                                    1. They charged 2999+gst on my 1st credit card bill.
                                    2.12, 000 reward points not credited even after spent of rs.2000/-.
                                    3. Emi conversion is with interest
                                    4. Credit card due date is made as 7th of the month.

                                    No commitment fulfilled by them. Because of them my cibil score also effected. They are not resolving my issue.

                                      I inform you respectfully,
                                      Before last 3 month my card emi pending due to i am job less and some personal reasons. But always past time in emi paying timely... Pls check my summary but on this time your recovery agent again and again calling, sending sms and by what's up taking and using vulgar word, and any female recovery agent giving are threatening. This is not fair sir..
                                      Your agent talking summary word available in my mobile... Already paying 6000 in this month and total pending amount paid in next month.
                                      So pls kindle cooperate with me …. Stop this wrong way working rule of your recovery agent...
