RBL Bank — ecs extra charges if they themselves failed to collect the amount and pathetic customer support | |||
Firstly they have failed to deduct money from my bank account icici bank by ecs, i had already kept the sufficient funds in my bank also on top of that i didn't had the loan account number, then i was sent a text message to pay the amount for the loan account number ending with 4171, not even the full account number, then later on monday, 9/12/2019 i received a message stating that to pay rs. 3110 using the link, i opened the link to pay and it said i had time till end of day of 10/12/2019 to make the payment of rs. 3110, so on 10/12/2019 at 10:15 am i had made the payment of the emi using upi screenshots are shared, still i received a call on next day and an email stating that i still owe rs. 3114, which is ridiculous and after calling the customer services they said that they don't have all the information need to visit bank branch, i mean what is the customer service for and if their collection agencies can call then why can't we call and sort it out which is pathetic service by the rbl bank. This kinda issue needs to be strictly resolved as so that other customers don't face these kind of pathetic fraud issues. Was this information helpful? | |||
