RBL Bank — extra rs 2000 charged for split n pay and insurance | |
Hi I took the card from rbl as they have requested and quated it was free for one year. But after two months when i got the statement it showing me the the extra 2000 rupees charged on my card. Rs. 1000/- shield insurance premium which i have opted out. And another rs 1000/- for spit n pay which i don't know what? When i tried to contact customer care there is no option where i can talk to customer care executive there is only ivr facility.
