This mail is regarding the credit card application i got again and again call from rbl bank for credit card and once i applied the executive "sonali saini". She send the person to collect the documents also she asked me to send the documenta on mail without attesting which i dint send i have send the attested documents and now its being more than 1.5 months there is no update they gave me fake commitments that your card has been dispatched you will be getting in 3 days i mean what the hell is going on either they should not call or they should inform to the customer this is my first and worst experiemce with rbl bank ther is very negative image came up in my mind for this bank i will never go with this bank and never ask anyone to go with it hoping for the strict action about these kind of employees they are not responding at call also.
