RBL Bank — Fraud transaction on my credit card

Fraud transaction of around 36000 was made on my rbl card on facebk. I got message in my inbox all of a sudden that these transactions were made without pin Or otp.
I lodged a FIR against this in cyber police station at DLF gurgaon office and at the same time called the bank and and lodged this complaint. Bank told me it will take around 45 days to resolve this. I was hoping for a genuine solution but RBL bank is really fraud. They messaged me today that these transactions were genuine. And I have to pay this amount in next billing.

I really don't understand what kind of solution is this. If you guys are unable to fix your problems or provide solutions to your customer then please stop calling us for taking your credit cards. It's not us who are approaching you guys to provide us credit card of you so called fake RBL bank which has 0 security and fraud inspection team is of no use at your bank.

I have seen so many transaction complaints same as mine but still you guys are notifying me that the transaction was valid. Is it even possible that so many o[censored]s are complaining about the same kind of fraud transaction which was made on facebk?

Please think twice and resolve this. I don't want to keep any kind of relationship with your bank and I would suggest everyone please try to avoid using services provided by them. Use only trust worthy bank cards.
