RBL Bank — fraud transactions in my account | |||
Using rbl credit card since 4 month. Set for a limit rs.29897 and blocked international transactions. On 8th feb 2019 happened fraud international transactions. Raised complaint and submitted the disputed form with attached fraud transactions on same day immediately to rbl bank. But till now they have not rectified the issue. The bank is not safe and securely to maintain the credit card. Then how to possible to cross more than limit. Complaint no[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 18, 2019 Updated by 9566120675 Dear sirmy name Hari kumar, my credit card number -5627 (Last 4 digit), i am suffering more problem because 8th FEB 2019 debit 29897/- due to fraud (Dispute) from my credit account. After some time RBL department backend team called me, complaint and your card is block, Complain Number 06220457 please slove the problem...immidiatly  | |||
