RBL Bank — generated bill without delivering thecard

Hello support,

Earlier i got a mail from bajaj that there is a credit card of bajaj with rbl bank which is called as super card. So i had applied for that. Till today i have received the card and i had given multiple complaints on the same. Surprisingly today i received a mail and mesaage that my bill got generated. How can this happen? I haven't received any card and used any card how the bill can be generated. Plz check in your database you can see the complaint raised by me earlier for not sending the card and also for some card protection plan. Now surprisingly i got the bill??? Plz do something. If not i am going to file a cheating case on rbl.
