RBL Bank — Harassment and abusive language use | |||||
One of my family members was a credit card holder from RBL Bank and had a clean track record of repayment . Due to some serious medical and personal issues, the last time we couldn't repay the credit card amount . Post that I myself initiated email to the bank to settleall the pending debt and agreed to re-pay the entire amount in 3 EMI of which first emi is already paid by me. 2nd emi got bit delayed and RBL collection guy just for 2500 INR used pathetic and abusive language pointing towards my family and my status. Just FYI: I am an NRI and a professional and never i have come across such un professional and unethical approach towards a customer. On the other side I paid one time 35000 INR to onother bank just on the way and approach of talking and explaing to me situation politely and very professional. Its a request to RBL team to relaize that every customer is not from road or a slum .
