I am extremely compelled to write to you, my name is Ankita Javkar holding a card xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-.6985 I have been using your card since June-18, and have been paying dues regularly. But recently to new to financial crises I had to change my job. Despite of serious financial distress leading to a great mental trauma i have been making the payment as that’s my duty however not an obligation under financial distress.

I have clearly notified your tele caller that I have joined a new organisation & i would be making a payment towards the card, I believe no organisation gives salary in advance. However, I tried taking loan from other sources but failed to process for the moment for the time being. I have informed the bank in recent times that kindly bear with me in such a situation & I am ready to pay the amount requested in addition to all the charges that I have been paying hence the credit given to me is certainly not for free.

Pallavi from the collections agency team has not only harassed me rather harassed my family members, my mother & clearly threatened us. She has given clear warning that rbl is going to send people at my home for hard recovery, insult you & your family, drag you out, will send the police at get you arrested & much more. Also, she has judged my capability to have the CC. I think bank have evaluated all my income details and then only issued me the CC. But she has insulted me and my family. All this communication has been made via personal mobile number which i will present in court later on.

I am going to pay off towards the card that is for sure because i am not a defaulter, however in my next mail i am certainly going to copy banking ombudsman, file a legal suit against mental harassment case especially under financial distress against rbl, defamation & all other related legal actions. And will put the whole thing on twiiter as well so that a common man should think ten times before dealing with RBL. This is unbearable & on regular basis, rbl has been calling me before due dates. Also after issuance of CC RBL has charge an amount of Rs.2000 which also a harassment.

Also to clarify you, there was a serious financial loss at my end as we had lost our family member even after paying high hospital bills. After that situation only I was paying my due late even though I was unable. But seriously agency person have dropped your image badly. Very rude. You can’t conserver your customers.

If you are able to take some necessary action then i hope the ugly reputation might go on a hold at least.

Call to last 2 month all are call recording save,
They are calling me from your RBL BANK side on daily basis and disturbing me at my office and as well as at home also these people are threatening me abusing me and wife also what kind of behaviour is this I know I am late in making my payments but there are so many reasons for not doing that I had a big loss in my business I was jobless for a while that's why I wasn't able to pay I am not denying to pay my dues I will make the payment for sure but only when I am able to do so I am on my job now i have started the work as soon as I get money, firstly I will make your payment but till that time stop molesting me stop using abusive language for me and my wife these persons they say you are a beggar you are shameless etc. They threatened me a lot of time by saying that we will make fun of you in front of your neighbours we will do rampage in your locality
. They used to visit my home address and they disturb my wife as her to come down make the payment any how. This is ridiculous guys please don't do this. Show some kindness. I have said several times that I will pay my dues If I was not a person who wanna pay you then I would have changed my number I would have changed my home address but I haven't done any of these i am answering all your calls sometimes I am not able to receive calls that's because I am working I can be busy also that doesn't mean these guys will abuse me and try to molest me. I am very disturbed from last 8-9months as I said I was jobless I had a big loss in my business I need time to recover I am not a person who will not pay the dues I will surely pay my dies but now I need time thats all i want i want time to earn money when I will be able to pay you I will contact you. I want RBL BANK to discontinue the tie up the recovery team on my LOAN AC NO.[protected] and I want their details as well.
If you guys don't consider this then I am sorry I am eager to file a case against these collectors form recovery team and RBL BANK. If I dont receive a reply on this within a week then I am going to file a case of harassment on these 3. Numbers and RBL loan recvory department and you guys can also do the legal thing whatever you want but legal.i am saying again and again that I will pay for sure but I only need time please I am requesting you to give me time.

But recently due to covid -19 and lockdown I had some financial crises and because of I despite of serious financial distress leading to a great mental trauma. I have been making the payment as that's my duty.

And all about this I have clearly said to your agancy in vasna, ahmedabad. After this also they are torchering me and my family also, they are
(Bhavin and another one lady) continuously visiting my house and said that I have to pay money now..and they has given clear warning that Rbl is going to send people at my home for hard recovery, insult you and your family.

After that situation only I have to tell you that you can't conserver you customer..

If you are able to take some necessary action than I hope the ugly reputation might go on a hold at least

collection agencies for credit card can do nothing can do nothing the money in credit card is totally unsecured. if you do not pay then your cibil rating will go down and that's what will happen at the maximum. next time if the card collection people try to bully you, simply call the cops. they are from a recruited agency of the bank working on a third payroll, they try to take their cut from your money. Simply call the police and get them arrested.
