I did cancelled my credit card on feb 15, and he told your account is closed. But i did not got any conformation call or cancellation message. I requesting you close my account if it is not closed.

    I am extremely compelled to write to you, my name is Ankita Javkar holding a card xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-.6985 I have been using your card since June-18, and have been paying dues regularly. But recently to new to financial crises I had to change my job. Despite of serious financial distress leading to a great mental trauma i have been making the payment as that’s my duty however not an obligation under financial distress....

    Hi Team,

    I have raised request to close RBL credit card and have cleared the outstanding too it they are not closing it and saying will call you in between 9-6pm and attend your concern and I get call each day but no one respond to it and when I callback it doesn't connect.

    When call to customer care the say to email to [protected]@rblbank.com.

    This is happening from last 1 month and they are just delaying the process.

    And now in this recent 3 days I am getting back to back blank call from the no series 77966***** and 96079***** and when checked on Truecaller it's shows RBL SPAM for all the numbers.

    Could you please assist me on this.

      I have made complete payment for the total outstanding on my credit card before the 15th feb 2019 (My bill generation date). Still i see finance charges on my card for 1259.91+226.78 (Gst)=1486.69. I have a message from rbl bank that the opening balance is 78853.88 and the payments/credits is 78853.88. Then why am i being charged finance charges. I need a refund of the total finance charges on the account. Also, please close my card asap. I don't need this card anymore. Thank you.

      Waiting in anticipation for a quicker and positive resolution.

        Dear sir,
        I have asked for settlement letter from bank for my credit card overdue. The letter then reached me on 15th feb from and asked me to make me immediate payment. Which i told them that i will pay as i was about to get payment from somewhere. On saturday i received call from mr nikhil tomar (Deputy manger-cards collection) and to them i said by monday i will make payment. Today mr vishal ([protected]) and some other agent ([protected]) started calling my relatives and started using filthy and abusive language to me and towards my niece seema. He literally caller her and said "maa chud jayegi" pardon my wording here but he used this language towards a girl.
        What sort of recovery agents you (Rbl) has employed

        I don't want to receive any call from him
        Also i am putting a complaint to banking ombudsman to see him off from his duty
        I have all the call recordings as proof of his abusive behaviour

I have redeemed my points with extra cash 2050/- for the product fossil watch on dt jan 17th 2019.. But till now i didnt got my parcel.. After several complaints via email and calls they didnt responded and they are simply sending the recorded emails...

            Using rbl credit card since 4 month. Set for a limit rs.29897 and blocked international transactions. On 8th feb 2019 happened fraud international transactions. Raised complaint and submitted the disputed form with attached fraud transactions on same day immediately to rbl bank. But till now they have not rectified the issue. The bank is not safe and securely to maintain the credit card. Then how to possible to cross more than limit.

              Hi,

              The worst service, with out any prior notice and confirmation from end, they have debited 12000 rupees regarding a insurance policy which i have not opted. And also charged 999 as they informed it will be only 500 rupees per annum.
              Request all not to have rbl credit card, seems they are doing this intentionally.
              Without any confirmation from me debited 12000 rupess and no service and unable to reach any customer care number and no response from the bank side. The worst and cheap tricks from the rbl bank. Please do the needfull to get my amount reversed.

                I registered my complaint also in NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR WOMEN cell against this person with attached evidence. I need this person front of me because this man real place prison because he never will go harassed for any mothers / sisters and daughter infuture.

                Shame on you RBL BANK these kind of people you hired for just money recovery for which they can go cross any limits.

                After all this happened still its do not stopped this non sense by RBL BANK and calling me from unregistered mobile numbers and asking for money .

                Today 18 Feb 2019 received call from UNKNOWN PERSON ( [protected]) regarding RBL Credit card payment and when i asked where you calling from so said OKHLA OFFICE and i told them already RBL notified my complaint so he denied to know about any update regarding the same. If these people such calling from inside bank so why they don't have any complaints update.

                I definitely mark this complaint to Reserve Bank ombudsman board see RBl BANK what to do with customers and which kind of pathetic agencies/goons Hire for recover money.

                    I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the debt collection practices of rbl bank.
                    Provide the details of your experience of harassment by the debt collector, "they are not calling me on my mobile or not evening contacting me over the email, they didn't visit my home address they visited my company office and my husbands office address. Many times they called me on myoffice landline, contact me over my clients mobile phones. And harassed me with abusive language and words.

                    And spoke to a co worker of mine about the debt i owe you. Your representative asked my co worker for personal details about me including my home address and phone number. This embarrassed me and harmed my professional reputation.

                    I demand this harassment stop immediately.

                    If the harassment does not stop i reserve the right to take further action as necessary, including making a formal complaint.

                    Finally, i request that all future correspondence in this matter be in writing.

                      Iam shanavaz. I received my rbl credit card two days before.in that 15000 is debited for the r shield insurance purposes. But iam not interested to doing any health insurance. Please cancel the insurance policy. And refund 15000 to my credit card. Please kindly go through it it's very urgent. Pleaee do the needful.                         Your credit card sells executive talk with me, no one charges in credit card totaly free card still you charge me finance charges, let fee & you regularly interest charge me after i given 50 % payment paid, i am not satisfied from your service kindly cancel my credit card on urgent basis i want to close this credit card as early as possible.

                          Miss information has been given by the calling agent that the card will be issued to me free of cost and no charges will be claimed for the first year (Call recording available). I applied for the same on the basis of his deceiving conversation and the card had been issued to me. Now, an statement has been received by me to pay rs.[protected] as member fee + taxes) which was not told by him. I don't want to use the card any more due to false and fraud promise given by your agent. So, it is requested that my credit card bearing no.                             I applied at rbl credit card, at the start of joining rbl credit card executive said i will get limit of 1 to 5 l thats ok and the annual charge of credit card is 2000 rupees and on your first transaction you will get points which is in rupees around rupee 2000, and you can redeem it and also can pay your annual fee too with the same and if you pay 49 rupees so you will get insurance of 5 lac on card thief or transaction, that all is fine...

                            But when i received the rbl card in the month of november 2018, and i start using rbl card for a month and on the first bill payment i receive message on mobile only, they have entered mine wrong email id, and i call them for atleast 6 to 7 times in a month to currect my email but they did not change, they promise (Sir the email has been updated it will take 24 hrs.)

                            When i see the details in the rbl credit card mobile app bill is something else i have not used that much of amount and when i asked to customer care for statement they said they have maied it on my email id (Which is not updated yet), that person explained me all the transaction and at the end he said you have to pay the 2000 rupee for annual charges and 51 x 12 =612 with tax 722 rupee extra, then i asked for that redeemable point which is payable for annual fee then he said you will get that point by end of the year for sure but for now you have to pay this charges and i request him to cancel my card insuarance too i dont want to pay 722 for insuarance he accept the request the placed to cancel but they did not cancel that too.

                            I fed up with this service i called again and request to close my card service, i dont want to pay the 2000 rupees as a annual because i will not get the reedemable point at present and due to his service and fake promise of card insuarance and the worst customer care service i did not get the statement too for my card.

                            I request to customer care to close the card service
                            They sai pay the rest amount which you have used and after we receive the payment (In 2 days) call us again and we will close it.

                            I pay the money which i have used.
                            And after 2 days when i called they said sir it will take 2 more days to close the service,

                            Meanwhile i used this card for a movie ticket by mistake.
                            Then on the next morning (6th jan 2019) i call him again and asked for the payment and the closure of cad service, they said again pay the x amount which you used and we will close the service this time for sure.

                            They promise - from retention team you will receive a call and then the card will close.
                            And now its been 2 months i did not receive any call from rbl bank to close the card service. They call me only for the payment which i have not used (That 2000 and card insuarance fee).

                            Daily in the evening i receive a msg as i mention below.

                            (We regret to note your decision to disccontinue your rbl bank credit card ending 6910 with us. This is to inform you that we have been unable to establish a contact with you on the registered number with us, we attemt to call you again from [protected] or [protected] to address your concern on xxx date between 9:00am - 6:00 pm for any assistance call us on [protected])

                            I have mailed him also but no proper response i am afraid only if its get affected on my credit score.

                            If i call you they will say we could not connect you to retention team because that is another department they will call you but the truth is they did not call me for single time too.

                            I have uninstalled the truecaller app and unblock all the spam number from my mobile.

                            Now i am receiving the spam calls of credit card, insurance and loans etc.. But not that call which close this card.

                            Rbl bank mentally harassed me i am disturbed now they started blank calls
                            [protected] and [protected] and lot more different number when you pick the call they will cut it after 5 sec. And when you call back its not connect.

                            Everyday they harassed me and wanted that i will pay the money which i have not used
                            Please help me and rescue me with this rbl bank scam.

                                Rbl is the worst bank in india, i have the icon credit card of rbl and they are not providing proper customer service since last 1 year. They deducted cancellation charges in case of flight ticket reschedule and didnt provided any resolution after 100 followups.

                                Now my credit card has been charged internationally in swiss franc automatically and they are not doing anything.

                                Also they told me that you will receive a new card in 4-5 days and now its more than a month.

                                I would never recommend rbl to anyone.

                                    After repeated call from your representative i took your free super credit card. You charged rs 3000 for membership fees immediately, then rs 1000 for r shield premium, rs 1000 for split and play and rs 1000 approx for finance charges without my permission. I called your customer care, she said there is some mistake in split and pay and it will be reimbursed back. Also she will try to reverse r shield premium. I am ready to pay the amount which i have used, other than that i am not going to pay anything.

                                    I have recorded phone call of your bank representative. Now your collection team is calling continuously for payment. After telling them numerous time that the bill amount is wrong and same has been registered to customer care, they are still asking for payment. This bank is worst and is trying to loot money from customers.
                                    rbl bank your people calling so many time for cridet card payment I told so many time for statement for transaction u people are not sending mail and I payid one time 2100 and u people telling not payid so I don't need your cridet card and iam not pay I parchage only 5000 and u people are telling 8000 ipay only 3000

                                    I have applied a rbl bank credit card in December first week and not receive a card yet. I have requested them to cancel my card multiple times like 10 times. They have the worst service and not responding to the mails even the nodal officer did not gave a satisfactory reply.
                                    @s_aba You should feel lucky you didnt get the card. Don't take the card no matter what. They are big loot and will put hidden charges without your permission

                                      Hi this suresh and i am using the credit card for more than 1 and year i was due for non payment for 1 month only and i said i am going to make it on monday but he started using filthy language and shouted saying are you eating food or grass. To which i said mind your words and said i am going to make the payment only on monday. He said if his words are good are you going to marry him something like that which is not at all acceptable. Will you take the necessary action or should i give a official police aomplaint according to the parties.
