I applied at rbl credit card, at the start of joining rbl credit card executive said i will get limit of 1 to 5 l thats ok and the annual charge of credit card is 2000 rupees and on your first transaction you will get points which is in rupees around rupee 2000, and you can redeem it and also can pay your annual fee too with the same and if you pay 49 rupees so you will get insurance of 5 lac on card thief or transaction, that all is fine...
But when i received the rbl card in the month of november 2018, and i start using rbl card for a month and on the first bill payment i receive message on mobile only, they have entered mine wrong email id, and i call them for atleast 6 to 7 times in a month to currect my email but they did not change, they promise (Sir the email has been updated it will take 24 hrs.)
When i see the details in the rbl credit card mobile app bill is something else i have not used that much of amount and when i asked to customer care for statement they said they have maied it on my email id (Which is not updated yet), that person explained me all the transaction and at the end he said you have to pay the 2000 rupee for annual charges and 51 x 12 =612 with tax 722 rupee extra, then i asked for that redeemable point which is payable for annual fee then he said you will get that point by end of the year for sure but for now you have to pay this charges and i request him to cancel my card insuarance too i dont want to pay 722 for insuarance he accept the request the placed to cancel but they did not cancel that too.
I fed up with this service i called again and request to close my card service, i dont want to pay the 2000 rupees as a annual because i will not get the reedemable point at present and due to his service and fake promise of card insuarance and the worst customer care service i did not get the statement too for my card.
I request to customer care to close the card service
They sai pay the rest amount which you have used and after we receive the payment (In 2 days) call us again and we will close it.
I pay the money which i have used.
And after 2 days when i called they said sir it will take 2 more days to close the service,
Meanwhile i used this card for a movie ticket by mistake.
Then on the next morning (6th jan 2019) i call him again and asked for the payment and the closure of cad service, they said again pay the x amount which you used and we will close the service this time for sure.
They promise - from retention team you will receive a call and then the card will close.
And now its been 2 months i did not receive any call from rbl bank to close the card service. They call me only for the payment which i have not used (That 2000 and card insuarance fee).
Daily in the evening i receive a msg as i mention below.

This is to inform you that we have been unable to establish a contact with you on the registered number with us, we attemt to call you again from [protected] or [protected] to address your concern on xxx date between 9:00am - 6:00 pm for any assistance call us on [protected])
I have mailed him also but no proper response i am afraid only if its get affected on my credit score.
If i call you they will say we could not connect you to retention team because that is another department they will call you but the truth is they did not call me for single time too.
I have uninstalled the truecaller app and unblock all the spam number from my mobile.
Now i am receiving the spam calls of credit card, insurance and loans etc.. But not that call which close this card.
Rbl bank mentally harassed me i am disturbed now they started blank calls
[protected] and [protected] and lot more different number when you pick the call they will cut it after 5 sec. And when you call back its not connect.
Everyday they harassed me and wanted that i will pay the money which i have not used
Please help me and rescue me with this rbl bank scam.
I wish to surrender the credit card [protected] with immediate effect. I tried to lodge the same on customer care but never got any option to talk to your representative.
Please do needful in this regard
