Hi,

The worst service, with out any prior notice and confirmation from end, they have debited 12000 rupees regarding a insurance policy which i have not opted. And also charged 999 as they informed it will be only 500 rupees per annum.
Request all not to have rbl credit card, seems they are doing this intentionally.
Without any confirmation from me debited 12000 rupess and no service and unable to reach any...

I am writing here for expose rbl bank real face which treat with women customers like abusing threaten on phone call. Rbl bank i received call executive of rbl who started to abusing and using bad words with me on phone. At the same time i lodge police complaint against him and with concern rbl bank too.

This note for acknowledge infuture further proceed legally and under criminal offence for threat women in india. Hope now...

Iam shanavaz. I received my rbl credit card two days before.in that 15000 is debited for the r shield insurance purposes. But iam not interested to doing any health insurance. Please cancel the insurance policy. And refund 15000 to my credit card. Please kindly go through it it's very urgent. Pleaee do the needful. Rbl is the worst bank in india, i have the icon credit card of rbl and they are not providing proper customer service since last 1 year. They deducted cancellation charges in case of flight ticket reschedule and didnt provided any resolution after 100 followups.

Now my credit card has been charged internationally in swiss franc automatically and they are not doing anything.

I have been booked irctc train ticket via paytm platform through debit card bt for some of the reason the booking was failed to book so my amount was deducted but later on the paytm message came that your amount has been refund to your bank account so please coordinate with your bank bt i have not received my refund yet.

In the past two months, i am facing worst experience with rbl credit card billing section. Dec month bill has been generated on[protected]. Total amount due; rs.62537.51 and minimum amount due:3512.12.in bill details, they have mentioned finance charges rs 2252.89. I do not know on what basis they have added finance charges and moreover, i have made a minimum payment of 4500 on 10th of jan which is before the due date to avoid the unnecessary...

Without my concern, 720 rs on the name of insurance debited from my card, and also its divided into emi also, please close this insurance i do not need this and credit this amount in next bill. I didn't even filled/applied for rbl card but, i they have called you and offered me a card with multiple offers but, there are no offer's or use.

I called many times for closure of my card but they didn't closed and charged me with more charges.
