RBL Bank — Instant Cash Loan 62091

I have taken a Instant cash Loan on RBL Bank and the Loan A/C No. xxxx091 with the Loan amount of 118000.00/- on Mar 06 2021 and I have paid EMI for Mar and Apr, in the same month itself i got some amount so I have paid the amount to force close the loan, and amount of 115426/- as per the RBL customer care guidelines. After paying the complete amount I have called the RBL customer care to close the Loan. They said due to some technical issue they are unable to close the Loan right now and they said it will close on the same. I thought it would get closed. But when I got the message saying I need to pay EMI again for this month, the amount was 4687/-. I called RBL customer care asking why this happened. They are saying that you have paid the amount for 115426/- but your loan is not closed. which is why you have to pay the EMI which is not acceptable when I have paid the complete foreclosure amount to close the loan.
