RBL Bank — insurance with card | |||
I received a free bajaj finserv rbl bank credit card free without applying. I thought i will use this. After 3 months, they offered us insurance scheme for health, personal accident insurance and card protection in emi. The insurance certificate delayed and i got one by mail after a month. It did not show the name of the insured person, insurance no or sum insured, for the past more than one month, i am following up with this people by mail and phone, after repeated assurance till there is no solution. No i am thinking of cancelling the card and approaching consumer forum to retrieve the money with compensation. Santhosh Was this information helpful? | |||
