Dear rbl team,
My name is hakeem and i had applied for moratorium on my cards (Ending with 0804 & 5797) dues and loan (Loan a/c ending with 4775) by sending mail and calling your bank customer care team.
Due to covid19 and lock down, i had lost everything and my financial position so bad that i am not position to pay my rent and run family.
Inspite of my sending many mails to the customer care team of rbl, their collection team is sending people at my home and harrassing my wife and children in this covid time. I had inform them to call me and not to go at my home as my wife health is not good but again and again they are threatening me and my wife to pay immediately inspite of my moratorium.
I request rbi to come forwards and save us for this loans taken on the card and not position to pay to the bank in this critical epidemic time. I am bit worried about my loans which i had to pay but i am shure time will be good in coming days ahead.
Rbl bank should give us time to pay dues inspite of this bad time go around in all corners. Rbl
