RBL Bank — moneytap | |
I had applied for and received my rbl credit card Through the moneytap app. I am unable to transact with my credit card either online or without pos machines. When i try to transfer money to my bank account using the moneytap app also, the app throws an error saying bank not authenticated. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error. Kindly guide me. I have been trying to reach customer care but unable to reach a customer care executive. I have tried mailing but haven’t even received a response. Was this information helpful? | |
