RBL Bank — payment done on incorrect card

I am holding a credit card with the below details.

Actually i got a call from customer care saying the card payment needs to be done for the amount of 1910/- and she has given the incorrect card details and i paid to that card.

Payment done on the card : [protected]

Buy now they say that payment is not done ion this card as well.

Please find the transaction details to track the information..

Payment has been done from citibank on 3rd may...
Kindly request you to track the details and either revert back the amount to same account or pay my credit card amount.
