RBL Bank — Payment done to wrong credit card | |
Hi Team, I made a RBL credit card payment to incorrect credit card no 5369 XXXX 6581 6684 for an amount of 71, 400/- on 7th Aug 2021 with the reference id "WHDF[protected]". I have raised complaint with RBL bank requesting to cancel the transaction and asked them to refund the same to my source account and they said it will done by 2nd of sep 2021. Now, finally they are saying that ther are not able to serve my request and they closed my concerned ticket.
