I have RBL Bank Credit card and I activated R Shield last year and now I don't need it. So I tried to contact them to cancel it and they are refusing to cancel it saying my email id is different. I use the same gmail id and just because a dot is missing from my gmail id, they refuse to cancel auto renewal. I tried to call all the customer care numbers they gave and all of them are just IVR numbers, I am not able to reach any human personnel who can stop auto renewal on my card. I even changed the email id on the app and still they are not processing my request.

They are fraudulently keeping me away to charge me for 1 more year. I don't want to be treated like this by a fraud company. I gave them my phone number to call, they refused and every time I contact them all I get are messages to contact same email id and phone numbers, it goes in circles. I'm already tight on cash and abusing customers like this should stop.

    And my loan account is [protected] am paying the loan payment via net banking send the payment to my card .. Now am know the payment only send to loan account and am wrongly send the payment to card.. and kindly transfer card to loan account and avoiding late fee charges

      Hello Team,
      I am holding RBL Bajaj Finserv super card and I want to cancel the card immediately but there is no proper contact or support from the bank customer care .I have dropped numerous queries in order to cancel but I get lenghty email to follow and call them on provided number unfortunately this number does not allow Me to speak to any of the customer care executive and for my bad luck I have been charged on this card even though I had requested them to cancel on rs.1k change and if I don't pay then it will hit my credit score hence I need your help to resolve this issue . I cannot afford paying 1k to them without using the card and this bank as pathetic customer care service.

        This is in reference to my RBL Bank Super Card No. xxxx xxxx xxxx 1748. I received my credit card but its lost after some time and I did not use this card anymore but still I am getting annual charges/late payment fee/taxes in bill statement as this card was free of cost for one year as per given information by RBL card representative. I kindly request you to waive off my all charges i.e. annual fee/late payment fee/other charges and also I have blocked this card through net banking. Please reverse all my charges then only I will request for new card.

          Most Respectfully Sheweth:
          1. That the Complainant is a law abiding citizen of India residing at the address mentioned in the cause title of the complaint petition. (Attached the Photostat copy of the Adhaar Card of the Complainant as “Annexure-A”)
          2. That the Complainant states he had a loan account under your concern with the account no.[protected].
          3. That the complainant had approached respondent concern for a loan amount of Rs.98, 000/-(Rupees Ninety Eight Thousand Only) that was being provided by respondent concern on October 2019 also he had had paid the EMI amount for four months and in March, 2020 he paid rest of the amount to your concern and was informed that the account will be closed within a few days.

          4. That after the verbal confirmation made by the bank complainant was relaxed but after that he was contacted by respondent concern and asked for making a payment Rs.12, 000/-(Rupees Twelve Thousand Rupees Only) more. That my client was shocked to know about the extra payment from your concern.

          5. That complainant tried to contact respondent concern many times for the same but no proper reply was given to the client to which there was no proper response provided to the complainant and when he had asked for the assistance from your concern of the same he was not provided any proper service .

          6. That the Complainant states that being deprived of the proper and facilitated procurement he again and again intimated the respondent by way of the telephonic conversation and by way of electronic mail conversation in order to solve the said issue, however the executive of the respondents have acted like flogging of a dead horse in lieu of providing the proper services to the complainant and in lieu of providing the constructive reply to him till date.

          7. That the Complainant states that the above mentioned dispute clearly states that there was negligence on the respondent and the said respondent company is running an Unfair Trade Practice in order to dupe the hard earned money of the complainant wherein respondents have intentionally provided the de novo dreadful and deceitful service to the complainant and has not provided the proper and facilitated services towards him which has caused his unnecessary noetic agony and stress.

          8. That the Respondents have miserably failed in providing right and proper service despite the Complainant has paid the full amount to the respondent authority and thereby causing deficiency in service.

          9. That the instant Complaint is filed within the prescribed time period in terms of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
          10. That the Complainant makes payment of the requisite Court Fees.
          11. That the Complaint is made bona fide and for ends of justice.
          12. That there is no suit pending nor has been decided on the same subject matter between the parties by ant competent court of law other than the described one.
          13. That the instant Complaint is within the jurisdiction of this Learned Forum.

          In the aforesaid circumstances therefore, it is humbly prayed on behalf of the Complainant that Your Honor may be pleased to-
          i. Direct the Respondents to duly look into this matter with foremost importance to take necessary steps to render the proper service to the complainant and provide to the complainant necessary resolution.
          ii. Direct the Respondents to provide as a compensation
          to the Complainant for the deficiency in service and mental harassment and agony of Rs. 20, 000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only)/-
          iii. Direct the Respondents to pay the costs of litigation;
          And such other/further order/orders as Your Honour may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience.

          And for this act of kindness, your Complainant as in duty bound, shall ever pray.

          I paid the full loan amount including preclosure charges, after talking to RBL executive but still, they are demanding 12k and saying that you did not tell us to pre-close the loan account, without telling the bank, how I can pay the rest of the amount including pre-close request?
          Please take proper action regarding this, it disturbing my family.

              My name is Rajesh Singh, i have paid rs.6819.98- towards my rbl credit card using bill desk on 3 oct 2021. The transaction processed and the amount deducted from my INDUSIND account but the credit card bill was not paid. Plz look into the issue resolve it as soon as possible bcoz due date is 4th oct 2021 to pay my bill.

                Hello,

                I am trying to redeem my points but I am not getting what I want.

                I lost many vouchers due to your bad support.

                You can clearly see in the screenshot that the Myntra don't accept this type of pin. I already have many vouchers which I lost due to this.

                I want you guys to look at this and resolve this issue.

                  I am Atul Kumar i have RBL super credit card, without my knowledge you bank put the shield insurance Rs.720/- on my name and that amount is converted to pay like EMI . i would not submit any form or document to apply this insurance and also your bank staff could not consult me about this insurance policy.                       Respected Sir,
                      I made Electricity bill Payment on Amazon via Credit Card of Rs 290 on 30/08/2021, but the transaction was declined. My account is debited with Rs 290 and the same has also been generated in my credit card statement generated on 20/09/2021 and the amount has not been reversed in my credit card statement till now. The payment was hard declined and therefore transaction was not completed and Vendor (Amazon) is claiming that they have not received any money and therefore question of refund does not arise. Attaching herewith Email Attachment received from Vendor i..e Amazon
                      Kindly resolve the same at the earliest.

                      Very much true, this has happened to me also. On 7th Oct i had made TNEB Online payment, transaction is failed but RBL CC Account is charged and till now Refund is not processed.

                              I lost my job on May 18 of 2020 and since then some how I been paying all my emis and credit card bills till last month Feb, 2022 even though I still haven't got a job and have utilised all my reserve funds, pf money, sold the gold I had and also taken money from people I know. Now I am helpless with no money and desperately looking for a job. I have informed the same to the agent but they say it's not their look out or concern.
                              They are cold, abusive and harsh and threatening. It's sad that they don't even consider their customer with some dignity. I genuinely in a financial soup and they just care about their money.

                              So am wanna complain against RBL Bank. If you want to use force come and do it, insult me, hit me, do whatever I will not beg you guys any more. I am tired of this and seriously don't have any more words to describe my mental torture that I am going through.
