RBL Bank — payment is not reflecting in rbl credit card ending with 5526

I have done rbl credit card payment of 25000/- through net banking of hdfc on 3rd march 2019 but still it is not reflecting in the rbl account. I have alogged a complaint on this on your call center number ([protected]) on 17th march but there is no response nor revert back & it seems they have closed the complaint without giving any information to me, even on 22nd once again i called to your call centre number he asked to mail me the hdfc bank statment. So i have sent the hdfc bank statment to [protected]@rblbank.com
