RBL Bank — Pre-approved Dial For Cash Program

This bank is looting customers, by this program pre approved loan - they sent a link to my mobile as i am eligible for the pre approved loan amount of 700000 and my brother want to have check of what is the rate of interest and he continued on my mobile and he selected 500000 and 24 month EMI plan and it just showed the EMI amount and the processing fee and asked for the bank details and when he shared the bank details on the chat. there is confirmation message from the chat and SMS that team will get back with in 48hrs. and the next day i saw an SMS stating that the loan has processed. such a bad experience i am facing here is i didnt even got an call from the team they processed the loan and now showing it as 20% interest rate, actually where i am no need of loan and the just an enquire made to process the loan and immediately before the loan process i call the RBL customer care and no one is aware of the cancellation process also and immediately i sent out an email to all the nodal officer and all higher levels. but the next day the credit the loan amount to my bank account and still now they are not cancelling the loan and replying that the bill is gone generate in next 7 days.
