Sir i paid my rbl credit card bill 20.12.2021 whose payment amount is Rs.32431.58. I paid this payment amount which got paid and same day that amount to my rbl bank Reversed from that side which has not yet come in my Bank of India Savings Account till now my Bank of India Account No. is [protected] .

Sir, I have complained many times to RBL Bank Customer Care aur email, the bank's reply is not coming, If these cases are discussed then it is said that your payment will come in 3 or 4 days.

Please do it Sir, get my money back to me as soon as possible.

Sir I am Attaching some pdf file & Bank Of India Statement related to this mail.

      Please refer to my complaints dated 25.12.2021 and 08.11.2021, I am being intentionally presurrized to deposit the Annual Renewal Fees of Card which was issued to me, with a condition that you may cancel the card according to you wish anytime.

      Now, when I am not interested to renew it further, I am being asked to deposit the amount of renewal and then cancel the card.

      Let me bring it to your notice that I am not using this card for the last few years, so that it could be cancelled, now why I am being asked/pressurised to renew it or cancel it after depositing the amount of renewal, is it a joke, or it is not my hard earned money.

      It is requested that this card may kindly be cancelled at once, as I am not interested in renewing it, further.

        I have requested you and your customer care service personnel numerous times over phone and Twitter that as I am not using your card for the last two years, as a result this card may be discontinued, but regret to submit that you are intentionally sending me mails/sms /whatsapp and telephonic calls to deposit the card renewal fees. This is unduly disturbing me and my life. First of all, please stop sending such irritating messages, secondly, when I have several times requested you to cancel this card, as I am not interested in using it, then why are you pressin​g me hard and compelling me to deposit the CARD RENEWAL FEES. You are requested to cancel this card, immediately

          Dear sir,

          I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 38648/-.

          This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

          I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

          I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

          Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

            Received a credit Card from RBL in Dec 2019. was assured that charges will be only when used. I had not activated my card and suddenly started receiving bills. I found that they had billed me for R Shield which is an Insurance Cover which I had not consented to at all. It seems that this is the complaint of a lot of RBL Credit card customers. When they called all they were interested in was collecting the outstanding. Then on 31.3.21 they confirmed receiving a payment of Rs 44 which again was not made by me.
            Now the division has been taken over by Kotak Bank and they are aggressively pursuing clearing the outstanding and advocating that this will affect my CIBIL scores.
            This is a totally dishonest way that RBL has behaved. Can RBI take stern action against such errant banks. A wrong debit affects our CIBIL scores and they are forcing us to pay so that our CIBIL scores are not affected.

              J AnandaRao I have an Rbl Credit card at I want to close my credit card I was Approached by Rbl bank on 5jan 2022 at that they are connected customer care person said if pay only outstanding only if you won't close the card You pay EMI Precloser chargers that amount is 3% of the outstanding amount EMIs Precloser charge is Rs 978.90, Then ofter you would like close card, then I was pay amount at that time only through Net banking then the customer Raise EMI close complaint the ofter 3 working days Your EMI is closed ofter that again I went Rbl bank at 10 Jan 2022 and Aked Call customer they connected to the customers care person raise complaint credit closed ID 40540442 then ofter you got a call from our Rbl department just confirm your details they will be closed the credit card .then ofter that today I got a call from Rbl customers to care person says you already pay Extra Amount in your card please use Extra amount ofter that close your card. These Issues they are told me please transfer Extra amount 926.90, my account then close the card, My A/c [protected] Ifsc code HDFC0001042 and close my card Number is [protected]

              I was the complaint by RBL credit card with 40540442 ids to settle the Extra amount but they are not Reply any mail or phone calls please add my status on this particular issue and solve the problem otherwise to Active card ofter using the extra amount in my card then ofter close the card. present my card status not working moreover

                I am J AnandaRao member of Rbl credit card holder since 2019 in that I am used card 70000 limit and its converted EMI and closed outstanding Amount Last 12 days back and complaint RBL Credit Card customers care and raise complaints and closed EMI Precloser it closed and now I just raise the card close complaint id 4050442, please close card immediately as soon as Possible

                  Couple of days ago, my credit card used by some one remotely and used through phone phe of Rs.99.780.50 without intimation and I got message that you have spent this much amount by your card.
                  Please be careful about RBL Credit card holders

                    I have rbl cc card this was the biggest mistake I made I had been making payments every month except the month of October due the staff behaviour on the call by November the moved to the SSS collection agency The collection agency started calling me twenty to twenty five times a day thinking it will amuse my I spoke to them couple of time it led to an argument I stopped taking their call I continued making my payments regardless wht they did because I didnt attend call they called my spouse saying obscenity to her this really irated me I spoke to the agent and had a argument They called after dat even with the rudest and lewest language stating they will send ppl to my house cause me and my family members personal harm and injury I want to know is the behavior appropriate for the bank I was told by the bank they will be revoking my account from the SSS collection agency They lied I made payment in December and again in January the collection agency started calling again I never faced this issue with other bank cc cards when the associate came to me said they are with bandhan bank later I came to know they are not I want to know is such behaviour appropriate for the RBL bank SSS agency If this is how we gonna proceed in received your payments .

                      I am not able to make any more payment. I have lost my job and right now I have 3 loans running on my head an I cannot make any more payment if not they keep calling me 100 times. I tried my best. I am at a stage where I cannot do anything anymore. I am ready to settle for what I can. Am selling my bike as my last resort and pay it of.

                        I've been using my rbl card since many days and didn't notice the hidden charges
                        Recently i came to know that I am being charged for three R-shield insurance without my consent and every month I am being charged with 64, 64 and 54 rs for 3 different R-shield
                        I want to cancel all of the above R-shield insurance as it was not been started with my consent also i want refund as applicable
                        RBL pls take my complaint into consideration and don't give any hidden charges to costumers, Thankyou

                          I asked for the repatriation of my funds in my NRE account in RBL. My relationship manager PRIYANKA GAIKWAD facilitated me with the worst possible experience ever. During my initial conversation with the manager, I she almost promised to do it in a week or 2 and then she started procrastinating the entire process without giving me any details of why the repatriation is taking so much time. After I literally contacted her superiors to put a complaint against her is when she replied that she required an A2 form filled and signed and COURIER physically only then she will be able to process. NOTE that I live in U.S and not physically present in India. So I asked her that courier will take time internationally so is there any other way. She said that she will accept the soft copy and dispatch the funds but I still need to send the physical copy of the form which I AGREED for. I sent her the fedex label of the courier. Now again there was no conversation or follow up from her side for some days. I followed up again that where is the process? She said on Dec 23rd Thursday that I will call you on Monday Dec 27th to lock the rate. I said OK and waited for her call. There was no call. Then I still waited for entire week of Christmas and the New Year passed by and there was no call from her. Finally when my patience crossed the line, I contacted her and asked why you never called me and its more than a week without any notification or follow up from your end. But as usual there is no reply. No while I am writing this complaint, I have no other option but to file and FIR against RBL bank and that relationship manager for torturing me and keeping my hard earned money from me. It looks like a Fraud bank to me who says nice things about their NRE accounts but apparently don't want to dispatch funds to people abroad when we request for repatriation.

                            Rbl executive calling and forcing to upgrade credit card, after that they said despatched new card but after 1 month also card not received, but new bill generated with extra fees for new card. I called customer care and they said card returned bcs non deliverable location. I asked them to cancel the card. Now they cancel the card but i have to pay the fees. These robbers asking me to pay fees for a product which is not yet delivered and also cancelled.

                              My name is Fathima Beegam Shaik, In November 2021 i got RBL Credit card by post.but the fact is i did not applied for it. it was sent to me without my consent. We requested nearest Bajajfinserv office for cancell it because it is Co-branded card. They neglected it.around after 10 days We contacted the RBL Credit card customer care number +91 [protected] for cancellation of credit card., then we realized that how we got cheated in conversation with RBL Credit card customer support staff they said we have opted for RBL R Shield policy with policy number : 35625653 and they said that we are having due amount for RBL R Shield insurance and after clearing the 21941.14 ₹ the card will be cancelled.

                              Here are the facts:
                              *We did not applied for credit card but it was sent to us by post without our consent.
                              *We immediately requested for RBL Card Cancellation but they did not processed our request.
                              *We didn't even generated PIN to use the card, then how can we opt for RBL R Shield insurance.

                              We request RBL Credit Card to cancel immediately our credit card & RBL R Shield policy.

                                Checked with CC. they "Can't Canceled EMI with out paying interest".

                                Why we pay interest if we canceled product if any other product amount principle amount only pay.

                                  Without my authorization RBL bank upgraded my old credit card(platinum choice supercard) to world prime supercard. Then I have requested cancellation of the card and paid my dues pending. They downgraded new card with old card and in the statement they charged (Finance Charges, Deferred Finance charges). Without using the new card or recently sent card why I need to pay the Finance charges.
                                  Can you please help with this issue.

                                    Can you please help me on the below situation, I have converted my card into EMI in November 2019 and have connected with customer care to preclose it within a month, he asked me to pay the over due amount which was something around INR 1, 10, 000/-
                                    after paying the amount he said to pay around INR 8, 000/- which was related to interest till date and some charge which i paid off. He confirmed me that all the task and payment have been completed from my end. Now after approx 2 year I see that a bill is being generated with outstanding of 50, 000/- around. after connecting with customer care i came to know that EMI is not closed.

                                    I have been following up through mail and call to customer care from the day bill was generated but no resolution and response so far.
                                    Collection team are calling listening the story but not able to resolve it

                                      Hi, i am mr, Yogesh shetty.

                                      I have RBL Credit card with me from last three years, ([protected]) and i noticed that RBL is charging me Rshield insurance premium on my credit card and its coming to my monthly EMI. which is clearly without my permission. and this time again coming month EMI is added Rs, 720/- as saying that renewal premium of Rshield.

                                      I am not purchased Rshield insurance from RBL so why they are forcefully selling me policy and charging me without my knowledge?

                                      Kindly look i to the same and resolve the issues and requesting to refund my deducted amount to me.

                                        The amount for Rshield insurance charge me in forms of emi however I did not apply for any insurance. I complaint several times but he reject my complaints. Finally I block card and pay insurance fees because it impact on my cibil score.
                                        Very disappointed using credit card of this bank. Fake bank.

                                        After cancellation of insurance and pay insurance fee they also send msg regarding insurance renewal fee.
