    This is really bad at part or the mindless managers who are driving collection teams to keep calling users till they die... I dont have words to say about the torture and I am sure I will close this and make my near and dear to close the relationship wuith your useless bank and Idiotic collection agents. Thank you.

          Dear Sir,

          I, Chander Parkash Kathuria using your Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank Super Card No. [protected] since four two years approx. Now I am unable to pay amount of Super Card outstanding amount because of my health problems, personal and financial issues. So I am requesting for settlement. Penal Interest is unnecessarily accumulating in my account.

          I have sent mail to RBL many times but I have not received any proper replies from RBL.

          Your understanding of my problems will be appreciated. I will have to bother to settle this settlement amount as such my other request will be taken to the settlement payment in 3 easy instilments. This will reduce my borrowing burden.

          Kindly do the needful on urgent basis and issue me a settlement letter at the earliest.

            Credit card harassment

            I spoke to the guy told him I dnt have money, I have lost my job and I have a financial issue, the agent is saying he will send a team and a legal team to recover the due through goods from my place...what sort of behavior is this??

            Personal Loan on Credit card

            I got discharged from hospital in May 2021 and while I was in bed, someone from RBL called me and offered me a personal loan of Rs.75000/- on my existing credit card.

            As I was in a financial crisis, I felt it was helpful and took the loan. Since then I have been repaying the loan (EMI) regularly on time (one day here and there), though I lost my job in this Pandemic.

            Good day,
            To whom it may concern please can the following concerns be addressed as I am now frustrated and disappointed with the service I am getting from the care health insurance and RBL bank. I did not receive any positive feedback from your side i think this is really frustrating me and look like very unprofessional.

            1. When I took my policy I was not asked or told about any pre-existing conditions with myself or my wife.
            2. My wife’s anaemia is not a chronic- pre-existing conditions. My wife suffered with anaemia only once in her entire life when she was in school in the year 2012 then she took medication for two years and was cleared of anaemia in 2014.
            3. My wife got admitted for abdomen issues which had nothing to do with anaemia.
            4. When your representative came for the so called inspection my wife was in a state of medications as she was vomiting in the ward which your representative knew about it when the representative came up to the ward. Representative told me on the phone that he doesn’t need to meet or question the patient. When he came into the ward he questioned my wife while she was in the state from the vomiting.
            5. After me having to ask twice for the hard copies of my policy until today I have not received it.
            6. When I took my wife to the OPD it is my right to be re-imburse for those payments.

            I am very disappointed with the pathetic and unprofessional manner in which my claim has being dealt with and had I known that this was the service I was signing up for I would have never put my signature on the policy paper.

            Awaiting for an urgent and hopefully a positive response.

              we had already taken settlement for Rs.20, 000 and made two split payment Rs.5000 and Rs.4500, keep on torchuring and mental torchure will leads to human rights complaint will be solution for it we are not cheating or escape from this due to business loss pandemic and health issues not able to pay, keep on torchuring is not a solution for it.

                Pre-approved Dial For Cash Program

                This bank is looting customers, by this program pre approved loan - they sent a link to my mobile as i am eligible for the pre approved loan amount of 700000 and my brother want to have check of what is the rate of interest and he continued on my mobile and he selected 500000 and 24 month EMI plan and it just showed the EMI amount and the processing fee and asked for the bank details and when he shared the bank details on the chat. there...

                Last 1 month visited branch, called several times to customer support and sent mail regarding to change my number but all are just useless no one is trying and taking responsibilities to help me
                every time cc are sending mail to call our customer care but all your support team are uneducated, great fool they don't know if mobile number is not working cannot connect the call though the call because they are asking for OTP.

                  I have paid RBL credit card bill on 5th October using RBL bank credit card app. But later I saw that payment is not reflecting into my credit card transactions. I asked customer care to resolve my payment issue instead of that they have charged me late payment fee. then RBL bank said that it is created to another bank account and they can't do anything.

                  I am attaching all the proofs of payment.

                  Please help me out team.

                      RBL supercard is a fraud. They are deducting 15-20K amount on name of some 'R shield insurance'. Please file a consumer case against them. They are cheating loyal customers.

                          Cancel my R Shield Accident Insurance

                          I am H.HARIHARA KRISHNAN, I have RBL Supercard credit card ending Card No. 3426, and I have been asking to cancel this card for the last 6 months when my outstanding amount was 0, but they haven't cancelled yet. Suddenly without my knowledge the bank have put the accident insurance of Rs.1534 and that amount was converted as EMI.

                          I have been speaking to the customer care for last 2 months about this policy cancellation and asking them to cancel it but no step has been taken and the collection centre staff has been calling me everyday to pay the EMI amount and this lead me to stress. I am not paying the insurance amount. please cancel this insurance.It seems many customers are facing this problem. Make sure the bank take proper action.

                            There was a transaction done on my Credit card associated with Mobile no. [protected] in the name of Mugdha Kelkar, of amount Rs. 24000. The repayment was later converted to EMI and i receive bills every month. From the date of the transaction till date (Oct 2021), i have paid almost 40k. But the DUE AMOUNT just does not reduce. One of the employees of RBL BAJAJ CARD told me that FINANCE CHARGES are added every month. But at what rate are these charges added!!!??? I pay almost 5k every month for the past 6 months minimum.

                            I have also sent many mails to their mail id: [protected]@rblbank.com. But every single time i get a reply that i have to send a mail from the registered mail id. In my case, it can either be my wife's or mine. And i sent mail from both. And in every mail, i furnish complete details of the card. Even then, none of my requests are entertained.

                            I would just like RBL BANK to inform me the SETTLEMENT AMOUNT for settling the total bill and closing my card.

                                  1) In August-September I get a call from RBL customer care to upgrade my card at a 30% discounted fees as my lower variant annual fee was due in the next billing cycle. Which was strange as I got my lower variant card in November previous year so how come the annual fee was due in 9-10 months instead of 12 months? Still I went ahead with upgrade and despite telling the customer care executive thrice that I should be charged discounted fee they charged me complete fees. When I raised dispute as this happened to me 2nd time in two years for the upgrades the customer care reversed the entire fees to retain me. I told I am ready to pay the discounted fees but they gave complete reversal.
                                  2) I was eligible for 20, 000 reward points by using upgraded card for ₹2000 or more in 1st 30 days of issuance which I did and the reward points never got credited. When enquired customer care mentioned that since the annual fees was completely reversed I will not get 20, 000 rewards now which was never told to me during reversal and this was false commitment. I never asked for complete reversal to them, I asked only to give 30% discount as they promised but still complete reversal made me lose 20, 000 reward points
                                  3) On my lower variant card I was about to achieve 10, 000 bonus reward points spend milestone for my usage. During upgrade call I mentioned this to executive and he said that my card will remain active for 30 days during which I can spend and achieve that milestone as well. But my transactions started to decline on lower variant card within 5-10 days of new card activation and thay card also wasn’t visible on the MyRBL app. I met the spend milestone but on new card which RBL did not consider and they did not give 10, 000 reward points to me.
                                  Overall I lost 30, 000 rewards points which I was eligible for ideally and due to false commitments made by customer care lost out on them. There were many challenges while raising these issues as well through email and calls and led to lot of wastage of my time. This is the service which RBL bank supercard gives to their highest variant card holder. Very frustrating and do not recommend this card or any card from Bajaj Finserv or RBL bank as they give false commitments from last 2 years.
