This is P.P.Pradeesh, had been using your rbl credit card. Thank you for the your service that i am satisfied for the card. But due to some miscommunication (Due to language variation) with one of your customer care. I said ok to the r-shield accidental insurance. Which i understood after getting a message to my mobile number.
So kindly cancel the above mentioned insurance for the below given applicant.
(Credit card no:[protected]'platinum su per card') I need immediate solution for this problem otherwise i don't want a your credit card support. I ready to surrender your card if there is no responsible.
