Plzz cancel my R Shield insurance

I am Arjun KR I start to use an rbl credit card and I found an insurance EMI on my card statement without my knowledge your bank put the shield insurance on my name and that amount is converted to pay like EMI. I would not submit any form or document to apply for this insurance.
