RBL Bank — r shield insurance premium

I am ne card holder, on approval the bank offer the insurance under monthly pay 1000 each. But on activation of card the bank charged for 13000 [12000+1000] i was wondering how this happen. I no longer require the r shield insurance coverage, requesting to cancel the same from my card.

Already mailed to [protected]@rblbank.com but not received any updation.

Kindly do the needful.
