Dear sir,

I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-6244. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 76610/-.

This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

Dear sir I have maild so many times but you are not responding positive .intrest charges and late fine imposed by you every month on my outstanding balance.

Kindly settled my outstanding balance as soon as possible or reverse all late fine and intrest, I am not on my job since 5 months and its very difficult to manage all thing's .
Some time it's create Mentaly stress and I am not able to pick all call from your bank side.
I am your loyal customer earlier I have used 2 more credit card of RBL Bank and paid all dues on time because I had on job and there was no any financial issues but now due to covid I am facing financial problem.
Please it's humble request give me solution.

This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in last 6 months & I lost my job and not getting job for last 4 months. My elder brother passed away in the month of April’21. So all the responsibility has also come on me. By the way, till now the minimum payment was deposited. But now my savings have also run out. Due to which I am unable to pay the money. We borrow money from relatives for surviving, so I do want to permanent solution this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.
