[Resolved]  RBL Bank — rbl bank not cancelling credit card even after repeated confirmation

I have been trying to get my credit card x9380 cancelled for over 2 weeks. I have given repeated confirmations of my intention to cancel my credit card over telephone calls made by company. Yet, they follow up over mail saying that another call will be arranged, and then i keep getting repeated text messages saying "you could not be contacted". Please stop this customer harassment and close my credit card account asap. As i have already made clear over call, i'm not interested in any offers and do not intend to continue with the rbl bank credit card under any circumstance.
