It is to submit that I paid the bill amount of Rs.4, 360/-(as seen in the RBL bank apk) on 02/11/2019 for the month 19/09/2019 to 18/10/2019. Later, on 20.11.2019, I got to know that the bill due for the month 19/09/2019 to 18/10/2019 is Rs.4, 627/- after seeing the statement of bill for the current month i.e. 19/10/2019 to 18/11/2019. It means I paid the previous month bill with short of exactly Rs.267/-.
In current month bill statement, I noticed an unfair/defectible transactions i.e. 1) Deferred Finance Charges of Rs. 97.64/-, 2) Finance Charges of Rs.1, 487.59/- and 3. Goods & Services Tax of Rs.285.35. Immediately, when I called the RBL Credit Card customer care on[protected], they informed that charges levied was due to the non-payment of Rs.267/-, for which I paid only Rs.4, 360/- instead of Rs.4, 627/- and they informed that the above 3 unfair/defectible transactions are calculated on the total previous month bill and future purchases and future month bill and Goods & Service taxes on these all transactions.
They said that the amount Rs.4, 360/- paid is minimum due, and additionally charged total amount of RS.1, 870.58/- (unfair) for the less amount of Rs.267/-.
Hence I request the kind officials to look into this. As am using several bank credit cards since 3years but dint seen this kind o[censored]nfair/defectible transaction deductions.

I posted/registered a complaint 21.11.2019 against RBL Credit Card Department. Since, more than 12 days no response from the concerned bank and not resolved it. It purely reflects their negligence towards rectifying and resolving their faults/errors and also it shows their best attention for giving better service to their customers.
