I got a call from rbl credit card department after our conversation they told your eligible for "rbl monthly treats" credit card, i also interested about it, rbl person took my documents on 2th of january 2020, after that i got my application reference no - #, #cc958dee4s also i got 3 verification call from rbl verification department, after that i checked they said u will recevied last call to confirm the limit as yours verification got successfully done. By today it shows "reject ops" and i had a good cibil score 806. And in last 3 year a single payment not missed and also i was a loan with rbl and foreclose before 2 month ago... And they said sir.. Ur our old costumer... Be sure 100% u will get credit card.
Anjali, executive called and we give all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved someone saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court., please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got declined. Hoping positive response

Updated by Makeit -L They have Reverify my all deatil by calling 15-Jan-2020 and after that my application showing application under Process ...but still IVR telling me rejected due to technical Resone...
I am receiving call for verification still... I don't know whats going on...i drop mail on 2 RbL mail id..bur they are still not responding
