On 23/11/2019 nearbuy india pvt. Ltd., noida for rs.3820/- transaction was done by someone else on my card. You are requested to kindly trace out the culprit.

I am paying total amount of bill under protest for rs.3820/-. As soon as you resolve this issue, credit to my account.

Please go through the above complaint and help me to continue your card.

    I got rbl super card recently. While applying card i said no to card protection insurance policy which was suggested by executive in the call and he also confirmed that insurance is not added to the card. But ₹1000 had been detected yesterday (12/12/19) in my credit card account without any prior intimation. Kindly refund the amount and cancel the insurance to my account

      Firstly they have failed to deduct money from my bank account icici bank by ecs, i had already kept the sufficient funds in my bank also on top of that i didn't had the loan account number, then i was sent a text message to pay the amount for the loan account number ending with 4171, not even the full account number, then later on monday, 9/12/2019 i received a message stating that to pay rs. 3110 using the link, i opened the link to pay and it said i had time till end of day of 10/12/2019 to make the payment of rs. 3110, so on 10/12/2019 at 10:15 am i had made the payment of the emi using upi screenshots are shared, still i received a call on next day and an email stating that i still owe rs. 3114, which is ridiculous and after calling the customer services they said that they don't have all the information need to visit bank branch, i mean what is the customer service for and if their collection agencies can call then why can't we call and sort it out which is pathetic service by the rbl bank. This kinda issue needs to be strictly resolved as so that other customers don't face these kind of pathetic fraud issues.

      RBL bank collections agencies are still calling me: [protected] and asking why haven't I paid through ECS, pathetic bank ever, also fraudulent customer support call is coming from mobile numbers: [protected].

        Someone took the loan and provided my number as a guranteer. The RBL bank agent is continuously calling me since last two days and using abusive language. He is also aware about my all personal information. He continuously calling my family members and threatening them aswell. I dont even know that person properly who took the loan. I would like to complaint against RBL bank recovery team. I would say worst bank if in case they do such things. They should better approach the person who took the loan. Absolutely boycott such bank. The agent who calls me states that he sits in delhi branch and his name is Rajveer. Pls take strict action against him.

          Yesterday (09.12.2019) i have tried to make a payment of rs.4902/- to my rbl credit card ending with 5592 from online banking with my hdfc account. The amount of rs.4902/- has been deducted from my hdfc account, but it was not credited in my rbl credit card account. The transaction was failed.
          Please refund my money in rbl credit card account.

            An unauthorized transaction of 24, 499 rupees has been registered on my credit card on 08/12/2019.
            I have registered a complaint[protected] and blocked my card.
            This is to notify you that i did not received any transaction alerts for otp or debited amount when the unauthorized transaction has been made.
            I suspect my credit card information is leaked by your employees.

            How could you process a transaction without otp?
            Please take an immediate action.

            I'm not going to pay my bill until i get my money back.

            I was trying to use my Rbl SuperCard Credit Card to make payment or purchase anything but I'm not able to do that because I was facing an error that transaction is Declined by bank.
            Please contact bank. But there service is worst than any bank service in the world.

                I am rahul and want to write about my credit card bill payment. My credit card number [protected]. Actually i am unable to pay bill bcs i lost my job 3 months back. And my parents are unable to support me. Me and my wife are living in somebody’s house. We dont have money to pay the bills we ask money from friends and relatives for survival. I am unemployed and it’s difficult for me to pay the bills. Its a humble request i want to settle the debt as soon as possible as i want that i pay something and get outof this hassle. Please acknowledge my request for settlement.

                It's quite annoying to receive 5-7 calls in a day for payment regarding calls from your side and the worst thing is this that the due date is not over yet.

                  M sundeep mahajan a credit card holder of rbl bnk. My card no -[protected]. Every month my due day is 12th of every month calendar. But ur bank collection executive or may any other dept start calling me 2 or 3rd date. My last statement generated date is 22nd nov n due date is 12th dec. Today -3rd dec i got a call from ur bank no is-[protected]. It was not a reminder call. The guy who called he was shouting on me n force to do the payment for earlier. Why??? My due date is 12th dec. So how can u - rbl bank suppose to call me like this. Kindly take an action againts him. He was literally harrasing me. N truecaller also show his name by - rbl harrassment. Pls take a action against him as soon as psbl and revert me on this.

                    I paid the total Credit card Bill on time at last date. But the RBL bank still not updated. They are sending warning SMSs. Very insulting their customers. I tried their complaint numbers. But they do not give the option to speak with their representative on their IVR numbers. They give a mail id for complaints. I mailed three times to that mail id. But no response till now. But they are sending warning SMSs continuously. It is very insulting me. I am a genuine customer. They are insulting me. So I want to close all the credit card loan and I want to surrender my credit card. Very worst service.

                      I am chaitanya vinnakota using rbl credit card from the past 2 years with the card ending no is 5516. I was getting un necessary calls as "reminders" regarding payment on or before due date. I already informed to the rbl customer care team saying and raise the complaint regarding this and they told me you will not get any reminder calls from rbl. My only question to rbl is please let me know what is the exact meaning of reminder calls? It means calling 10 to 15 times per day is reminders? I have axis, sbi, hdfc credit cards as well apart from rbl. Even they didn't call me once on or before due date. Why rbl only the special bank to remind that many times. They are torchuring me a lot for reminders. I request you to please advise them dont call me for payment reminders.

                        I went to the website and searched for the terms and conditions, i realized that this plan is as good any other policies that i already have and there is nothing unique about it. So, i wanted cancel this policy, however, there is no number or email id to get in touch with your insurance wing. Can you guys please arrange for a call or cancel my policy by considering this as a formal request.

                            This is to divert your kind attention on the above mentioned subject. I have some outstanding which i am not able to pay. I told my problem to the bank and executive so many times.

                            One executive sanjay ([protected]) who is coming at my place for the past two months, calling my dad, abusing him, and threaten all females so badly. He threaten me that i have all the pan card, and would teach all the members good lesson.

                              [protected] and [protected] saying senior lawyer from rbl bank.

                              Asking for pay immediately your rbl credit card payment other wise you need
                              To go local r nearest police station. Beacus there is orders from the court.

                              They gave two option one is come nearest police station. Already complain registered from the court against me
                              2nd option ineed to immediately 20k to his personal account not for rbl credit card account.
                              When i went to near police station i come to know that this buggers or recovery agency not lawyer - fake lawyers

                              They r simply spoiling bank reputations through there cheap tricks

                              After this incident i have decided that with rbl bank i should not keep any transactions.

                                I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx xxxx xxxx 8560. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 37086.55/-..
                                Latst 8 months onwards i am struggling to live unable to pay the due amount and last 8 month onwards don't have mobile also. Last week some of your bank persons contact my husband regarding the payment at that time my husband say we will pay small amount in monthly basis we pay 5000 now the balance amount was 32086.55/-. Today we inform to rbl employees we don't have that much amount to pay at a time we will pay monthly wise but they didn't listen our words they r forcing to pay and my husband contact with them but they unnecessarily call to my ex-company employees.

                                This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                                Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation.

                                  Sir,

                                  It is to submit that I paid the bill amount of Rs.4, 360/-(as seen in the RBL bank apk) on 02/11/2019 for the month 19/09/2019 to 18/10/2019. Later, on 20.11.2019, I got to know that the bill due for the month 19/09/2019 to 18/10/2019 is Rs.4, 627/- after seeing the statement of bill for the current month i.e. 19/10/2019 to 18/11/2019. It means I paid the previous month bill with short of exactly Rs.267/-.

                                  In current month bill statement, I noticed an unfair/defectible transactions i.e. 1) Deferred Finance Charges of Rs. 97.64/-, 2) Finance Charges of Rs.1, 487.59/- and 3. Goods & Services Tax of Rs.285.35. Immediately, when I called the RBL Credit Card customer care on[protected], they informed that charges levied was due to the non-payment of Rs.267/-, for which I paid only Rs.4, 360/- instead of Rs.4, 627/- and they informed that the above 3 unfair/defectible transactions are calculated on the total previous month bill and future purchases and future month bill and Goods & Service taxes on these all transactions.
                                  They said that the amount Rs.4, 360/- paid is minimum due, and additionally charged total amount of RS.1, 870.58/- (unfair) for the less amount of Rs.267/-.

                                  Hence I request the kind officials to look into this. As am using several bank credit cards since 3years but dint seen this kind o[censored]nfair/defectible transaction deductions.

                                  I posted/registered a complaint 21.11.2019 against RBL Credit Card Department. Since, more than 12 days no response from the concerned bank and not resolved it. It purely reflects their negligence towards rectifying and resolving their faults/errors and also it shows their best attention for giving better service to their customers.
