This is with reference to the rbl bank bajaj finserve supercard credit card. The card was activated in month of jan 2019, while in month of feb i had email on [protected]@rblbank.com asking for cancellation of policy on crad but then to they had not cancelled the policy and kept charging. But i month of may on 21st i had made full payment against credit card so as to cancel the card. And the customer service person asked me that after full payment within 15days card will get cancel, bu till date the card is not cancelled.
I had sent many email as i am receiving regular email/calls for credit card payment as they are charging me still the insurance policy charges on every month statement and now they had suspended the card.
So i request you to look into it and ask the bank to nil the statement amount and cancel the card. Because the person who is holding the card and getting 9the call is senior citizen and is getting trouble due to this, as we are not liable to pay any charges as this is negligence from bank end and we are not liable to pay any charges for the bank negligence.
I have attached email correspondence of policy cancellation and conversation with bank.
