RBL Bank — rbl credit card cancellation letter

Dear Team,
Since my card was deactivated on 18.03.3018. From your bank they said NOC form will send within 2 months, 10working days, & 3 working days.but still not yet received the form. So please kindly send as soon as possible.

Also, please confirm that it has been notified to all the related credit card bureaus that my account was closed upon my request.

Can't even reach their customer care. Toll free number doesn't connect while the Mumbai number is always busy.
