I am sangeeetha from chennai. I want tamil customer care number otherwise u have to call tamil customer care to my number [protected] regarding credit card.. Before buying credit card i recieved 7, 8 times recieved calls from your tamil customer care. So now i called so many branches and customer care of your bank but they are not villing to help me. At last i called this number [protected] and they took the call but i am very disappointed...

I have a maxima credit card with rbl bank. They called me a asked me to upgrade to icon... I didn't receive the card and they charged 5000 for the card i have not received.. I called there customer service they said i have to pay that and then they will refund. I told them without the card why i will pay.. The representative told it's free for first year... They trick people and cheat them... A stick action should be taken for these local...

Agent of bajaj called me for the card. I told him, is there any charge to get this card. That fellow told me, there is no change for this card. I told him it is ok, i have no issue to take it. He told me all the benefits about the card.

I filled the form, in the form there was not any joining fee, but after getting this card before activation...

I have rbl credit card and have not been getting the statements for around 2 months. I complained and then they started sending me the statements but with the charges levied. I sent a mail to headcard services and they assured me with the reversal if i pay the complete amount. I paid the amount but they did not reverse the charges and saying it can not be happened. I have a written doc (E-mail) from head card services...

I had applied for credit card via online and your executive was here to take my document and it's been almost a week and no application status is with me nor query about my application was held i want to know what is the status of my application form my application no. #cci75ia9h1 please do the needful as early as possible.

I had transferred 25500 from rbl credit card to my bank account through which i had setup an emi for 12months through which my em i amount every month should be of 2300/- i received a text today that i have to pay around 12000 by 12 dec 2017 through which i have already done a payment of 15500 to the rbl credit card so my balance should be almost 10, 000 to pay my credit card so can any one tell me what is going on... I am using rbl credit card from september 17

Recently statement not received properly, customer care service not respond properly,

Reason for cancellation : before buying the card they told lot off offers still i didn't received any offer from their side so i put lot mail for [protected]@rblbank.com no proper response...

Just to provide you a quick background of what has happened is that the card payment was somehow missed due to a casualty happened in my family where i lost my father all of a sudden and during this phase my wife zzzz missed out to pay the due amount before the due date. Before this incident the payment has always been made in full and that to before time, however as mentioned above if something like this happens no body would be in senses...

I have been receiving many calls from rbl bank as he stated, [protected]
They are so smart they call from different numbers, and they use abusive language.
I don't know why they are calling as i don't even have an account in rbl.

It's a request please stop calling else i will update the number in police for threatening calls.

Mis-selling of rbl card from hypercity malad west
Sales person confirmed free movie tickets plus 500 rs which can be redeemed at hypercity if 2000 rs is used in first 60 days
Movie tickets are only free on wednesday
And after paying extra 500 rs in first bill
Still can’t see any points reflecting in hypercity card. Rbl bank is fraud.

I am holding a credit card-[protected], for which i have used rs-64000 total principal outstanding as i have lost my jobs due to some medical illness, i have made so many calls to cutomer care to made my total outstanding in emi so that i can pay.
But they refuse me so i can't make the payments. But after 2 months might be in november 2016 i got a call from your collection agency name-citi collection india pvt...

Complain no is 946165, 995926.

First complain logged on 28th oct no response
Second complain logged on 5th nov no response
Third complain logged on 11th nov no response

Received call on 18th nov discussed regarding the issue but not closed
Received mail on 18th nov "you were unreachable, please reply on mail" replied on mail & call back also but complain not resolved

Again...

I am going through a medical issue and my husband lost his job i am trying to reach out the nodal officer to get an exception and reschedule all payments after december but these guys are try to be over smart, always give the scripted reply

Its been one and half month they are torturing me like this. I raised same request with rest of banks where i have got this exception.

I don't know whats wrong with this bank....
