As per flipkart they have processed the refund of inr rs.280 around 15 days back, but when i called to rbl bank to know about this refund status, as per rbl bank customer care, they do not have any such refund.

I don't know now from where i'll get my refund.

Flipkart customer care asked me to fill this form to get the resolution from rbl bank,

Please help me and process my refund amount of inr 280

      Dear sir and madam,

      I hope this is again again intimated you people and rbl bank borivali branch and police station in borivali east as i visited them with the card.

      As you and bank and investigation team is claiming card was present in the machine in belgaum union bank atm.

      So lets play a fair game and send me the cctv footage o[censored]nion bank atm which is very much available, showing me or my card is used. And if it is not me its used by whom.

      Sorry but if this is not getting resolved same will be highlighted to media soon as the attached card details along with my card is definitely not used by the card holders and its used by the frauds to whom your bank and other banks must have shared the details and they have guts to have dummy cards and use it like this.

      For a normal cash withdraw transaction person need at least one minute and this person has used 6 cards in 3 minutes.

      So its a case of bank negligence and data sharing racket as i am not alone who has faced this and got this kind of reply.

      I hade made complaint regarding the same on 6th of november at 2.15 pm after 45 minutes of this incidence as i had spent almost 30 minutes in calling rbl customer care to block my card. I visited the rbl branch at 4 pm and met your staff shown her the card and she made a call to customer care service and convinced me to file dispute online.

      I will not pay any amount but will highlight your banks inability in catching the dummy card makers and your back office data sharing mafias.

      Attached are the list what i have got from you people which is only a transaction settlement copies.

        I have one rbl bank super card from few months which not used till now.

        At time of issuing bank person told me this is free of charges card.

        Bank person told me i don’t have to pay any issues or minimum use charges for this card in future.

        Now today i got the sms from bank for pay inr 1178.82 for this card.

        Why should i pay the charges for credit card which i never used in my life.

        I request to you please take the action against this bank.

Before buying credit card i recieved 7, 8 times recieved calls from your tamil customer care. So now i called so many branches and customer care of your bank but they are not villing to help me. At last i called this number [protected] and they took the call but i am very disappointed because they are very mess up to help me. So help me.

              I have a maxima credit card with rbl bank. They called me a asked me to upgrade to icon... I didn't receive the card and they charged 5000 for the card i have not received.. I called there customer service they said i have to pay that and then they will refund. I told them without the card why i will pay.. The representative told it's free for first year... They trick people and cheat them... A stick action should be taken for these local bank... I have paid them always on time but they are not cooperative and consumer service will denied to help me... Now they have blocked my old card and not receive new card...

                  Agent of bajaj called me for the card. I told him, is there any charge to get this card. That fellow told me, there is no change for this card. I told him it is ok, i have no issue to take it. He told me all the benefits about the card.

                  He told me for the following document
                  Pan card
                  Adharcard

                  I filled the form, in the form there was not any joining fee, but after getting this card before activation of card i got a message of 2999+tax in my mobile number. And when i had gone through the book let, i find the 2999 is the joining fee, now this amount is coming to pay.

                  Sorry, i am not ready to pay this amount. Please closed the card

                      Hi,

                      I have rbl credit card and have not been getting the statements for around 2 months. I complained and then they started sending me the statements but with the charges levied. I sent a mail to headcard services and they assured me with the reversal if i pay the complete amount. I paid the amount but they did not reverse the charges and saying it can not be happened. I have a written doc (E-mail) from head card services for amount reversal but now they are refusing to reverse.

                          My name is chaitanya vinnakota, having a credit card of rbl bank, today (24/11/2017) at 22:40 pm i got a message to my registered mobile number showing ("a charge o[censored]sd 40.70 (Around 2629 inr) has been initiated on rbl credit card ending with the card no 8975 at candypens on 24/11/2017 at 10:40 pm ist"). I never did this transaction and i never shared the card details to anyone. At that time i was in home. I dont know where and who did the transaction. After seen this message from my mobile i was shocked and came to know that fraud was happened in online to my card. Immediately i contacted the customer care and i connected to the customer care executive mr. Rohit and request him to block the card immediately. He raised the request and given me some service request numbers

                          [protected] blocked the card
                          And he said me to follow the rules and regulations which i never seen. He asked me to go to the nearest police station and take the fir from them.
                          This is very pity when i ask my fraud amount to be back to the card they are telling me to take the fir from the station. Why should i go to the police station and file the fir for this? Is it my problem? I am using other credit cards from the past year and i never faced these type of fraud transactions.
                          Very very very very disappointed service from the rbl credit card which i never expected these type of rules and regulations when a customer approach the customer care. I dont know what they are going to do. I dont want to file fir for this... If the deducted amount will not refund to my card i am going to cancel the card. Very worst service i never seen when compare to the other bank credit cards. If they want any information regarding this i will be always with you and them but except filing the fir. Why should i go to police station? Whats wrong with them? Problem is from their end and they need to solve.. Why the customer should suffer with these type of rules and regulations? In this regards i request consumer forum to take the necessary and serious action on the rbl credit card and kindly arrange the new rbl credit card with in 7-10 days with the refund frauded amount from them

                                I had transferred 25500 from rbl credit card to my bank account through which i had setup an emi for 12months through which my em i amount every month should be of 2300/- i received a text today that i have to pay around 12000 by 12 dec 2017 through which i have already done a payment of 15500 to the rbl credit card so my balance should be almost 10, 000 to pay my credit card so can any one tell me what is going on... Why i am getting such a big amount of bill to pay this month to clear my dought i try calling help line no.. But the ivr dose not accept my dob through which i cannot get connected to the customer care excuative and clear my dought for the things that i am looking for... Please look into my matter

                                    Just to provide you a quick background of what has happened is that the card payment was somehow missed due to a casualty happened in my family where i lost my father all of a sudden and during this phase my wife zzzz missed out to pay the due amount before the due date. Before this incident the payment has always been made in full and that to before time, however as mentioned above if something like this happens no body would be in senses to take care of anything except to keep a hold on ourselves. My wife has constantly been in touch with your team via emails and calls where we have stated this problem and requested to waive off the late fees and other misc charges as a part of gesture & humanity, however not even a single penny was reversed infact fake commitments were made that you kindly pay at-least the minimum due amount and then these charges will be taken care off. Also, my wife spoke to some of the customer care representative who advised that if a customer miss on making the payment on a particular due date then the customer has a buffer time of 3 days to make the due payment for which no charge would be levied and the same was followed by my wife where she paid the complete amount due within a time frame of 3 days as suggested. Now coming back to the current scenario there are multiple charges which have been levied on the card which comes up to total of 14k. The payment was made on 16 aug 2017 for inr 73600, however a charge of inr 2051.21 as a part of finance charge - retail has been levied for which we requested a waiver which never happened. We have not used the card since the month of aug 17 but there are charges which has been levied constantly since day 1 as a part of over limit fee, finance charge - retail & late payment fees. I being husband of the customer and also being a banker pitched in to close this issue as my wife doesn't understand the in an out process of the banking norms and she waited for somebody to provide us with a positive response. Coincidentally i spoke to a gentlemen named mohit on his cell number [protected] and he suggested me to have a word with the concerned team who have the card under their bucket as of now for which i got a call from a number [protected] by the name of ravinder nayal stating that he is the one who is dealing the case or card and he has the authority to get the charges reversed or waived off being the head of collections department in rbl bank only if we make a payment of inr 8700 for which we made the payment of inr 8800 the very same day trusting the words. Since that day i have been trying to chase this guy on his number he doesn't picks up the call nor he replies to my messages which is again very annoying. As a customer we never thought of having such a disastrous experience with the bank and moreover lot of false commitments and fake assurance. It is only mr. Mohit who have helped me since day one and now guided me to write to you. We request if you could have a look into the credit history of my wife who is using multiple other cards which are running smoothly in terms of payments.

                                    We really want a positive solution this time and writing you in a hope to get a fruitful response not only in the favor o[censored]s as a customer but for the bank as well.

                                    Request you to kindly understand that in a situation like this where customer was guided falsely just to maintain the collection targets is not only depicting a wrong image of the bank but also breaking our trust or confidence with the bank to have a relationship as a customer going forward.

                                    Below are some screenshots of the conversation i had with ravinder nayal who is i guess a false and fake identity over whats app messenger as well as my father's death certificate which will help you have trust in us as a loyal customer.

                                    Also, please do refer the entire mail chain as it will give you an idea that we never had any wrong intentions of not making the payment infact we as a customer have tried our best to find out a positive solution to close this issue by writing constant emails and by giving back to back calls on the customer care number. We definitely will not pay all such charges infact there has to be a mutual way out to get it resolved.

                                    Understanding the criticality of this issue please get back to us as soon as possible as bank is charging us as a part of interest on daily basis which is not at all fair.

                                      I have been receiving many calls from rbl bank as he stated, [protected]
                                      They are so smart they call from different numbers, and they use abusive language.
                                      I don't know why they are calling as i don't even have an account in rbl.

                                      It's a request please stop calling else i will update the number in police for threatening calls.
