RBL Bank — RBL credit card not taken, Understand acquired RBS Bank. No communication. a

Took credit card about 10 years back from ABN AMRO Bank ABN AMRO Bank become RBS bank.I was using the card till 2011 or 2012. I have made payments completely onlne and suddenly my online access got cancelled. I understand RBL took over RBS. No communication to me and no information on my credit card. Card expired in 2013. Somebody called from RBL a year age and harassed me to pay money . I had informed I never took a card from RBL bank and asked him to send amail communication. Now out of my surprise, they wanted to screw up my credit rating . As I intend to take housing loan, their un desired actions impact my loan approvals.
