Greetings of the day!
From March month to till I am regularly sending various mail to RBL bank regarding the spam/fraud calls and messages which i am getting via whatsapp/messages/phone calls/emails etc, which is wrong because none of the bank sending payment link on whatsapp and doing bargaining on whatsapp to pay this and that much amount against my RBL credit card. When I realized that something was going bad because i did payments many times and getting outstanding pending amount is more than the card limits, then I blocked my credit card and sent a complaint mail to RBL bank to check and resolve the matters and send me six months statement but there was no response from them and also not getting a single call from the customer care against my complaint. Still I am requesting a meeting with the RBL manager for settlement but didn't get a single response and support from them.
They are harassing me via their recovery agents but not focusing on my issues that I am facing.
This is my request for you to kindly support me for the same so that I can come out from this bad scenario which I am facing currently.
