Dear sir,

I am writing with this regards to my RBL credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of out standing amount rs. 50533/-.

This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 3 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

I can able to give 50% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 50% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

    Inspite of paying full amount and requesting to close my credit card.. simultaneously had receiving sms that my credit card is cancelled. Still new statement was generated purposely with small finance charges.

    This conspiracy of looting people is old and no body bothers in RBL. I need to cancel my credit card and need a no due certificate from RBL.

    RBL is worst bank to deal with... If you miss your credit card payments, All goons will call you to recover amount, incase if you are not reachable they will come to house to create a scene purposely.

    Now when they are at fault we all just sit down and wait for there response.. Instead i am going create a ruckus in their Bank and ensure all customers should listen and dont go for this RBL Bank.

      I have pending RBL Credit card dues since 1 year due to corona crises, i have closed my business and recently i have started repayment. But they are blackmailing me, they contacted through Phone
      directly to my village illiterate peopel with out my consent. and they have shared my number to them and asking to call me, it's a routine story. And asking PAN and bank details of other's also. still i Got each and every day at least 100 calls per day.

        And Fraud in my card amount of 4254.63 other country Nordic approval ltd Carlo
        And rbl customer care not refund my money I have already do fir to police and I have call to rbl bank customer care but they can’t help me they can’t return my money
        So don’t take rbl credit card they are also fraud they meet to this type company

            I am not using RBL credit card since 1 year. there is not even a single transaction done by this credit card since 1 year. still company has renewed it and upgraded it with out my confirmation. now they have added 3k as a credit card fees. they are not listening me and not waiving of my the fees. I asked to cancel the CC but they said first pay the fees. they are forcing me to pay the fees and Its impacting on my CIBIL. Please do the needful

              I am holder of RBL credit card ending with '3535 ' is running through some over due. Due to my some financial crunch I was unable to pay due on time. But i was in regular discussion with collection agent Mr. Akash Dhar ( as detailed to me). But today,[protected] morning around 10.30 am two person s representing from bank visited my house in my absence and showed absolute unethical and rude behavior to my wife and family member. Due to such my wife who is patient of extensive venous thrombosis and my mother who is 84 yrs old detoriated by health condition. considering past track record and relationship with bank this type of behavior hurts me painfully . I do not know if it is permissible by law of land and ethics stands today.

              Post submitting above complaint I again received a call on[protected] Sunday) from some agent named Sourav Banerjee and Dipankar Biswas vide number [protected]. He used filthy languages and threaten me and my family member on collection of over due payments. I tried to talk to him that i will pay in my promised dates but he was not in mood to listen all.
              My concern is if I raised the concern before and after raising concern these type of behavior I receive then we are at really stake with life and considering clear cut violation of law of land and recent RBI governor statement on same.
              please look into this .

                I am WASUDEO N PANDE i have BAJAJ FINERCE RBL super credit card, without my knowledge you bank put the shield insurance Rs.532/- on my name and that amount is converted to pay like EMI . i would not submit any form or document to apply this insurance and also your bank staff could not consult me about this insurance policy. I am not pay the insurance amount please cancel this insurance and refund my amount to my card .for further details call me

                  Hi, i am holding BFL RBL Super card and it's been a month i am using it and there is no rewards points getting updated in the app after i paid the joining fees i.e. 999inr and also paid the statement due. After this i called and drop an email as well to the customer service but they are only telling me that your details aren't showing and your email address is not registered.

                  WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS ???? What will I do if there will be a trouble with my card if you guys are providing this kind o[censored]n-responsible services.

                    This is regarding my RBL bank credit card, your collection team started abusing for collection before the due date and its being a continuous process so in am hold the payment and after this abuse and threating is started continuously.and also interest charged by bank however i am done a lot of complain on customer care but no body listen any thing and only asking for payment finally i have take settlement and done payment but they are also not giving NOC. till date. Requesting your support by reviving my credit score and provide NOC .

                      Hello RBL,

                      I have been asking you guys to close the account from the beginning of this year, as I had left the company and this is my Salary account and I did not want to get charged for MAB charges unnecessarily.

                      Now, you are not reversing the charges for the Debit card advance fee that is not being used in this year then why should I pay for "NOT USED" services.

                      Kindly reverse the amount and close the account at earliest

                        Credit Card Bill Paid successfully but not reflected in RBL MyCard App

                        I have made the credit card payment from my Axis Bank Debit card and the amount was deducted. I paid it through RBL MyCard App and it showed success but the app UI isnt updating the payment and I have got no confirmation text on my phone. My due date is 4 June and I made the payment on 1 June.

                        The amout is Rs 9286.48 and it has been debited from my Axis Bank savings a/c but not reflected in RBL MyCard. I have called Customer...

                          मेरा नाम अनु अरोड़ा है मेरा रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है। मेरा कुछ महीने पहले कार्ड और मोबाइल खो गया था. जिसकी मैंने कम्प्लेन भी की थी। उसी दौरान दो महीने मेरी पेमेंट लेट हो गयी थी। मेरी पेमेंट का अमाउंट 2300 /- रुपए हर महीने था। लेकिन मैंने हर महीने 3500/- रुपए तक अमाउंट पेड किया. अब मेरी सिर्फ 900 /- वाली दो इन्सटॉलमेंट रह रही थी। आपके बैंक की तरफ से मुझे फ़ोन आया की आप 1210 /- का अमाउंट पाय कर दीजिये ये आपका फुल एंड फाइनल सेटलमेंट है। मेरे बार बार पूछने पर भी उन्होंने ये ही उतर दिया की आपको और कोई पेमेंट नहीं करना है। मैंने 13.04.2022 को 16: 14 :08 पर पेमेंट कर दिया था। लेकिन उसके बाद भी मेरा 5000 रूपए का बिल बना कर दे दिया। मैं कंस्यूमर कोर्ट में जल्द ही अपनी कम्प्लेन रजिस्टर करुँगी। मेरे पास एग्जीक्यूटिव से बात की चैट के स्क्रीनशॉट भी है।

                            I have done a RBL credit card bill payment on 24/05/2022, which is done through net banking bill desk RBL myapp and money got deducted from my account of 1700/- and tried again 100/- Total =1800/- which is not reflecting the RBL credit card still, I am so much worried kindly look in to this matter.

                              I dont have any account in rbl bank account still people from rbl bank keeps on calling me. I dont know from where they got my number . They are claiming that i have taken the credit card and didn’t paid the bills. First of all in my entire family no body has credit card from any bank nor they have their account in rbl bank . People from this bank are abusing badly calling 100 of times from different numbers even i blocked them.
                              I m sending the ss that these number are calling again and again and abusing me.They are claiming that they are from rbl recovery branch pune.

                                I am writing this with regards to bill Payment of my RBL Bank Cookies credit card ending with 6479.

                                I wish to inform you that I cannot pay the outstanding amount as me & my family has fallen under hard time in recent years and facing severe financial crisis. But I wish to go for settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt. Now I am jobless since last 1 ½ year .

                                I am not able to pay my debts and looking for a fovour from your side. I am seeking for a 80% discoount on my current credit balance i.e. approx 62000.00. If bank agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues as per settlement letter. More than 20% to 25% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

                                  RBL Bank Card No. To get the 536907******9284 closed on 6th October 2021 I paid Rs. 5, 690/- was deposited. At that time I had appealed to close the entire account/card/insurance etc. In this reason, I was also provided NOC by RBL Bank on 09 October 2021, which I am attaching along with, then now what are the messages of Pending Payment coming to me. Please note that this late payment is made after 06.10.2021, so can't pay as it is not my fault.

                                  There is no fault of mine, without using the card, the Annual Charges for this back card i.e. 5, 690/- after depositing on 06.10.2021 NOC has been taken, the mistake has happened on the part of RBL bank, now you have to do the solution yourself, I am not able to fill even a single rupee. I can't do anything.
