I'm receiving 10 to 15 calls per day from RBL Bank regarding credit card bill payment. The person whoever is calling me they are asking me to pay the credit card amount within the call itself. I have already told and still saying during the call that I'll pay the full outstanding amount by the end of Jan, 2022 and then I'll close the card. However I'm receiving same calls still and hearing same questions from RBL Bank caller executives.
Here are few points I wanted to bring up to your notice.
1. Very annoying 10+ calls per day from RBL Bank.
2. Executives are not professional behaviour and asking me to pay the amount during the call itself.
3. Calls will start at morning 8 and ends at midnight sometimes. Was this information helpful? |
