Please refer to my complaints dated 25.12.2021 and 08.11.2021, I am being intentionally presurrized to deposit the Annual Renewal Fees of Card which was issued to me, with a condition that you may cancel the card according to you wish anytime.

Without my authorization RBL bank upgraded my old credit card(platinum choice supercard) to world prime supercard. Then I have requested cancellation of the card and paid my dues pending. They downgraded new card with old card and in the statement they charged (Finance Charges, Deferred Finance charges).
