I am Sharathkumar A S i have RBL super credit card, without my knowledge you bank put the shield insurance Rs.720/- on my name and that amount is converted to pay like EMI . i would not submit any form or document to apply this insurance and also your bank staff could not consult me about this insurance policy. I have paid the 7+ Month EMI now, I don't want this to continue, have received the message that it's auto renewing in August 2022. I don't want this to continue. I'm not going to pay the insurance amount please cancel this insurance and refund my amount to my card .for further details call me

I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 30% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

I am a resident of the kings court, godrej hill, kalyan (w), people are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motorbike which leads to many accidents in the area.This problem is a headache as a person who has passing from the road since they make them run hard

I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue otherwise this needs to be exposed. Hoping for the quick action on this matter.

I am an account holder of RBL BANK and my ACCOUNT is NO[protected] and Rs. It was cut without any prior idea so I got EMI BOUNCE and I had to pay PANALTY.

It is a matter of long time ago around dt 19/05/2020, i had ordered voltas air conditioner (price- 28499rs) from flipkart online shopping portal with rbl bank credit card but due to delay in order delivery i canceled order and flipkart refunded the entire payment in rbl credit card dt 05/06/2020 but after 3 to 4 months rbl bank sent me the statement in which the EMI of the air condition was returned and its refund was also done, i had refused to fill, i was harassed a lot by calling and massaging and i was also threatened with mental torture, i am doing a gov.job, so i settled and filled the card, then rbl bank credit card dropped my credit score down a lot, when it was not my fault, also bank was not even corrupts, due to this I have to face a lot of trouble,

I purchased a phone on emi for which I paid through my debit acct. Cash back offer was from Bajaj Finance. I never applied for any card, Bajaj finance desk person used my card to issue RBL supercard. When I received card, i emailed RBL that I have not applied for this card. After a year I got statement to pay membership fees of Rs 1000. Post that delay charges etc have been added. I have written it to RBL about it in detail, yet to get firm reply from them about it. Case ID[protected]. I have asked RBL to produce consent of my card approval.

Hi Team,

This is to inform you that I have done Payment through internet banking on 17th Apr for Preclosure of my loan and still the money is not reflecting in my card. On calling to customer care they say wait for 2 days, reference no of HDFC bank i shared through call but they customer care are not accepting.

i request you to please look into it if its is not resolved in 2 days then i will surrender the card... this kind of service is not accepted even after doing the payment still the issue is same... and the amount is not 1 or 2 thousand it is around 180958.00

Respected Sir,

I applied for RBL card in 2020, I was a regular payer of my balance. All of a sudden, I lost job, no source of income. I asked for a lower settlement, RBL not ready to give. Keep on asking to pay entire amount.

Now, getting threatening call and emails.

Please help.

I have a rbl credit card of super card platinum ( bajaj finserv)- (doctors). I spoke to staff and ask to cancel/close my credit card. Even though i have remitted my dues through mobile banking i am not getting noc so far and showing written-off in cibil report. Kindly go through and arrange to provide noc and make necessary correction in cibil report at the earliest.

I have received a message asking to may 5898rupees to a credit card. This credit card was never issued to me, i never received this card and says i have to make membership fee for this card .

I have used my credit card limit for that I received a Message from RBL that I am eligible for get a Milestone 1000/- rupees gift voucher.
After taking so many followup they not send me my gift card.

Since 2 month I m repeatedly mailing them to close my card but an executive called me stating that my annual fees will be waived you from your rewards point n then ur card will be closed but unfortunately I got a statement for a payment of Rs 599
I have been mailing them to close my card but no proper response from there end

Hi, I have asked many times to the customer care executives to cancel my card, they did not, now I had to pay annual fees of rs 3538.82
I want to cancel my card immediately, I have already paid the annual charges, I do not want to pay that much amount for no reason, why are they not cancelling my card? I will have to take legal steps this time if they refuse to cancel my card

My name is surya sharada. I got my rbl bank Supercard last month. They debited an amount of 5900 from my card for R shield insurance without my knowledge. I request you to please cancel the subscription and credit the amount. Iam unable to contact any customer care. Please solve this issue।

I have complaint so many times in the RBL bank's customer care & also, emailed them for regarding my credit card fees, credit limit & unusual charges but they are not resolving my issue & charged me so many changes, even I didn't use my card since 2021.

Please help me
