RBL Bank — Transaction failed but money debited from my credit card

I did a purchase on zivame.com but the transaction got failed but the amount was deducted from my RBL Bank Credit Card. When I contacted bank for refund they said Zivame.com will refund the amount as they have received the amount. But zivame.com has confirmed me that they have not received this amount but the bank is still not crediting back the amount.
