Dear team,
Recently there were changes with your website pattern and the entire login process. I was recommended to sign up and register as per the new procedure.
As a process, i was suppose to enter my card number to initiate the registration, however when i entered it showed up an error stating "invalid".
Not sure how to proceed further, there was a hint given basis which i understood that i need to enter my first card details (I had lost this few months ago and had a replacement)
Thus, i did enter my first card details and it accepted thankfully, i completed the entire registration process and made successful logins (2-3 times).
Surprisingly, when i tried to login this month, it does not go through, the status is "invalid user id". I tried using my new card number as a user id but it was a futile attempt. This happened for 4-5 episodes in a span of 10-12 days. I was left with no option but to call customer care.
The number showing up on your website meant for credit card services [protected] (Does not work)
I tried reaching the customer service number showing up on your website [protected], it prompted me to dial [protected] for all credit card queries.
I did dial [protected], however i do not have an option to speak to an executive to discuss the issue. It has only two options, (A) to know my credit card balance (B) last five transactions on my card
There is no option to get to an executive, how do i fix this issue now??
It is my humble submission and a sincere request to fix this issue asap.
