Their executive told term n condition s that when you expand 2lakh or something g but they gave me 75000 limit so return back card on next day through courier dtdc and send the. A copy of tracking slip for close this card i am sending complaints daily but no answer. No one talking g on customer care... This card is chargeable 2000/-. But if i returned why this fraud bank didn't answer my mails [protected] neena saini koi jawab nahi diya abhi tak maine card agle din morning mein courier kar diya hai

After returning credit card back to bank on next day . Regular emails courier slips.canceletaion mails.. Continuously complaints call to customer care nobody is here to listen.and after filing complaint in consumer complaint they are sending me annual fees statement.if customer don't want any type of relation with bank than why bank varta se me
Iam using rbl credit card last month i was used card but payment not loaded my account but cutting in card amount.today also using card postpaid bill payment tranjcstion failed but amount dedected card please settel amount

    I got call from rbl and the person said this is diwali time and if you apply for credit card you will get a limit of 3 lacs and dont tell verification department that you have already one credit card from rbl and he asked all my details on watsapp instead of collecting in person. Moreover, he said that tell the verification depart ment that i have signed all the documents.

    I have got the card with limit only 66000. And now im trying to call him but he is not answering.

    I dont remember his name but i have his number +[protected].

    Now i will file an fir against rbl for fraud.

      I have notified rbl bank about my intention to close the newly opened account on 2 november 2017, ref number: 00893374 by rbl executive anil vishwakarma.

      I am still waiting for written/email confirmation that my credit card account is closed with no due pending.

      I was told this will be done in 4-5 working days.

      Still no response from them.

      Shall file complaint with consumer forum in a week's time if no response received.

        This is the worst bank i have ever come across with so much of basic errors every now and then. Seems there are no reconciliation controls available around the processes. I was checking my rbl bank credit card statement online (Card no.[protected]xxxx-2575) and to my surprise it was showing some 1.31 crores of total outstanding balance with minimum payment due of inr 7.33 lacs. I have the total credit limit of inr 2.35 lacs on my credit card. Please get this corrected at the earliest. I am attaching screenshots for reference.

          Dear sir,

          I have using a rbl credit card whenever on the due date i paid the same on the due date hence making payment through neft got error and same time i called to customer care and said the same matter. He told me payment not accepted through neft. Then i make payment by axis pay upi that time account got debited but payment not received to credit card agin i called to customer care and confirm about the payment and given payment trxn no. I. E. Axisnm1kjq2q7384 and charges also, he accepted and agreed for no penalty but after that got charges for late payment. Kindly do on priority basis.
          Requesting u to kindly revers the same charges asap.

            Dear sir / madam,

            As discussed over call and sr number 00921688 regarding the fraud transactions done today on my card number ending with 1893 at 13.46 pm. Same is been intimated to customer care representative and i was advised to go to police station to file fir but they have not lounged the fir and asked me to take a copy asking for the same by rbl bank.

            I went to nearby branch of ratnakar bank in borivali west sodawala lane, but your representative has advised me to send a mail on rbl card section and go for the dispute cell.

            Kindly confirm the receipt of the email and guide me with the process to get police complaint copy.

            Attached scan copied of dispute form available on your site.

            I have not received any message for otp or email, i received only messages of transactions and was bit surprised as card was with me and how come the transaction happened.

            Sir now bank has replied as the physical card was with me if i am available in Mumbai how come the transaction happen in BELGAUM which is in karnataka. Now bank is raising there hands by saying card and pin is used. If card is with mme which is shown to the bank branch of RBL in borivali west sodawala lane on the same day in an hours time then how its possible to use the physical card along with pin.

            Bank has started to raise there hands instead of doing investigation with merchant. This could have simply sopped by not doing inter bank settlement as the fraud was highlighted to the bank in 15 minutes time same day.

            Now please suggest who will be responsible for this please help.

            Today i got a letter from RBL bank stating the transactions are done at union bank and withdrawn cash.

            The simple question is if i am available in Mumbai with my card which is shown to police station in borivali east at around 2.15pm on 6th December, and same is shown and highlighted to RBL bank borivali sodawala branch.

            Then what is the reason bank is again claiming that the card is physically used.
            And if card is physically used in belgaum which is 600 to 700 far fro mumbai, then the data is definitely shared by RBL staff it is a pure loop holes in security system of bank.

            Why should a customer suffer and pay the money for the transactions done by frauds.

            Its still not resolved and the investigation team is sending transaction details on paper which i am very well aware.

            Please provide CCTV Footage showing me or my card used in the ATM machine. Will think on paying or else i dont mind being a defaulter.

            I hope this is again again intimated you people and RBL bank borivali branch and police station in borivali east as i visited them with the card.

            As you and bank and investigation team is claiming card was present in the machine in belgaum Union bank ATM.

            So lets play a fair game and send me the CCTV footage o[censored]NION bank ATM which is very much available, showing me or my card is used. And if it is not me its used by whom.

            Sorry but if this is not getting resolved same will be highlighted to MEDIA soon as the attached card details along with my card is definitely not used by the card holders and its used by the frauds to whom your bank and other banks must have shared the details and they have guts to have dummy cards and use it like this.

            For a normal cash withdraw transaction person need at least one minute and this person has used 6 cards in 3 minutes.

            So its a case of bank negligence and data sharing racket as i am not alone who has faced this and got this kind of reply.

            I hade made complaint regarding the same on 6th of November at 2.15 pm after 45 minutes of this incidence as i had spent almost 30 minutes in calling RBL customer care to block my card. I visited the RBL branch at 4 pm and met your staff shown her the card and she made a call to customer care service and convinced me to file dispute online.

            I will not pay any amount but will highlight your banks inability in catching the dummy card makers and your back office data sharing mafias.

            Attached are the list what i have got from you people which is only a transaction settlement copies.

            I had applied for credit card & got reference number but I m tracking on site not any response from site this is very bad service

              A person called from rbl bank saying your card has been approved and started asking details about other banks like sa and salary account and register mobile number i asked him y. He stared telling your card has been canceled for 2 years and talking rudely his number [protected]
              Kindly give a reason why clients should not ask question if asked y so rudely to answer.

                Hi am using a rbl card since last 1.5years. But frequently last few months every time unsettled amount has been charged in statement. So i hummble request to you pls reimburse last 3 months unsettled amount. Otherwise i quit the rblcard service. And never suggest to anyone for rblcard.

                  Sir i have a credit card of rbl bank ending with *2070. I request them to cancell my card permanently but still they did not do. I call so many times but no body is listening. While calling they told me wait for a three working days. Almost 15 working days over but no body call me or confirm me. Due to this cibil score is not updated. Mark one of the worst bank....

                    Recently i have applied for movies and more credit card, but unfortunately it got declined without proper intimation (Process took almost 1 month) i called rbl customer care but unable to reach them due to the non availability of the speak to customer care officer in ivr options.

                    Even they are not even responding to the mails, so i can conclude the response from customer care is the worst

                      I take loan on credit card of RBL bank in Apr.17. Now I paid Rs. 38, 000/- to close the loan. I inform to bank that I paid the loan amount. So bank has confirmed on mail that I have paid extra Rs.4570/- and bank will refund in 3 working day. Now 2 weeks has completed but still i have not received my refund amount. I send reminders to bank but no one is responding. Request you to help me to get my refund amount..

                        Despite of informing to close my credit card, my credit card is not closed by bank, i have informed them to close card on 29.09.17, i have been following up to get it close, but their answer is its under review, and as per their process they have to close the request within 3 working days, and now its over 32 days not closed my card, one more thing there is no payment due from my end.

                          Recently there were changes with your website pattern and the entire login process. I was recommended to sign up and register as per the new procedure.

                          As a process, i was suppose to enter my card number to initiate the registration, however when i entered it showed up an error stating "invalid".
                          Not sure how to proceed further, there was a hint given basis which i understood that i need to...

                          When i applied rbl credit card, rbl customer care people said it is free. The after the time of approval that girl said it is chargeable from 2nd year. But when i got the card and i read the details found it is chargeable. After that i mailed them with this mail id ([protected]@rblbank.com) several times, i did not get any resoponse. So i tried to contact the customer care but counld not able to. No idea what to do now.

                            Dear manager i name is kundan singh and i am one of your credit card holder mean rbl credit card holder i have a lot of complains
                            01-customer care service too much worse they people are take too much time to receive calls
                            02-my reward points adjust without any intimation.
                            03-and unnecessary i got a call from recovery department for the bill dues when the due date not close and they people behave like wild not good.
                            04 and your mobile app to slow i dont know why i have never seen before like this, its seem to be postmaster, when india moving digital platform...

                            And i know you people dont care about my complain...

                            Your bank are worse you credit card are also worse

                            Very poor and dirty service...

                              This is the worst bank card i have ever used, their representative called me for new card and promise me for the limit of minimum 2 lac but it was just 38000.
                              It was my card to card application. I am using hdfc and sbi credit card having limit 75000 and 65000 both. Now i want to close account but unable to contact customer care or any other to close this account.

                              Now i want to close my card account.

                                One supercard issued in my name without my permission, I called after that to customer care & told for closure. team accepted to close that. even though it was dispatched to my home but refused to received the card. again message received from my company courier desk that one RBL bank supercard is waiting at our desk, please collect. now this is too much. please don't try to measure my pessense. kindly close this card as I not ordered for this.

                                  Hi i am sandeep i applied to credit line with moneytap app few months back. They gave me limit of 35k and charged me rs600 for one time setup fee. After few months when i tried to use the app. It stopped working. So i raised complaint with app customer service team, which you can only contact via email and they are slow as snail in responding and they are useless and they cannot help you as they are only interested in 1 time set up fee. Post that they don't care about the customer and will tell you to contact rbl bank directly.. What a shot app.. Never ever use this app these guys are ripoff
