I take loan on credit card of RBL bank in Apr.17. Now I paid Rs. 38, 000/- to close the loan. I inform to bank that I paid the loan amount. So bank has confirmed on mail that I have paid extra Rs.4570/- and bank will refund in 3 working day. Now 2 weeks has completed but still i have not received my refund amount. I send reminders to bank but no one is responding. Request you to help me to get my refund amount.....

Despite of informing to close my credit card, my credit card is not closed by bank, i have informed them to close card on 29.09.17, i have been following up to get it close, but their answer is its under review, and as per their process they have to close the request within 3 working days, and now its over 32 days not closed my card, one more thing there is no payment due from my end....

Recently there were changes with your website pattern and the entire login process. I was recommended to sign up and register as per the new procedure.

When i applied rbl credit card, rbl customer care people said it is free. The after the time of approval that girl said it is chargeable from 2nd year. But when i got the card and i read the details found it is chargeable. After that i mailed them with this mail id ([protected]@rblbank.com) several times, i did not get any resoponse. 01-customer care service too much worse they people are take too much time to receive calls
02-my reward points adjust without any intimation.
03-and unnecessary i got a call from recovery department for the bill dues when the due date not close and they people behave like wild not good.br...

This is the worst bank card i have ever used, their representative called me for new card and promise me for the limit of minimum 2 lac but it was just 38000.
It was my card to card application. I am using hdfc and sbi credit card having limit 75000 and 65000 both. Now i want to close account but unable to contact customer care or any other to close this account.

It was my biggest mistake by choosing rbl credit card. They are charging false amounts in the statement which i have never used. As per statement, the amount is coming 9000, they asking me to pay 18500. They are simply adding some amount and saying that its done by customer. I am using citi bank and hdfc bank credit cards, i have never faced it with any other banks. There is no point in calling customer support number also....

Today i use rbl atm. Account debited but cash not disbursed. Rs 1500 withdrawn from a/c xx 5818 on 23/10/17 at rab atm rb236001. Txn#[protected]. I used a sbi atm card. When an executive called me and offered the rbl bank credit card he gave me false information like
1. Any transaction which i do using rbl cc can be converted to emi with zero interest rates
2. I can withdraw cash from any of the atm using rbl cc and no charges will be applied.
But all these are improper information as there are charges applied for emi and cash limit also like all banks credit cards.

I have not yet received my credit card and you sent the statement to me. If i do not get the card now, then tell me how i pay the bill so when received my credit card after pay my credit card bill. And how many times i phoned you, but there was no answer. If i did not get my card in a hurry then i would get my card canceled and i will not even pay a rs.

I closed my rbl credit card last year on 29/03/2016 by making my final payment of inr 61, 000.00 but after an year they sent mr sms of yearly charge & after that i called customer care where i was told it was by mistake but now its second month they are sending me sms with interest cahrged on it foe past two months.
